Step I The purpose of the survey (Read and find out)
Your school wants to start some new sports clubs and wants to know which clubs would best fit students’ interests and needs
【设计意图】做调查首先要弄清目的
StepⅡ Collect questions Read and add)(SB. P45, Part 1)
Ask students to work in groups of five. First read the questions and then add one more that you would like to ask your classmates according to their interests and needs.

【设计意图】一次高效的间卷调查的关键是看问题的设置，不同小组设置的问题也可能不同。因此建议在调查之前共享问题，尽量分成不同类别，提高调查的可操作性。

1. Choose the subject of survey
Each group member chooses three classmates as the subject of survey.
2. Ask and write down.
Ask the group member to ask the questions from the list above. Write down the their answers in the table

【设计意图】采用表格的形式使在记录时要注意被采访者的言外之意据思路更清晰,但在对问卷分析能起到很好的作用。

Ask students to use the data to write up the results. Be sure to include the following points.
1. The questions you asked
2. The results of the survey
Your suggestions to the school, based survey results
Step Ⅴ Complete the report (SB, P45, Part 4)
Ask students to work in groups and complete their report
EXAMPLE
This week, our group of five students did a survey of our classmates to find out what sports interests and need our students have. We hope that the results of our survey will be useful to the school in deciding what new sports clubs should be set up.
The first question we asked was what is your favourite sport "Eight out of 15 students said that playing one-on-one sports is their favourite way to get exercise like ping pong or badminton. Five out of 15 said that they prefer team sports, such as football. Only two said that they like to exercise alone, such as jogging or walking.
Our second question was

2. It is also a good idea to collect them up and make collection.
