Dear Sir/Madam
Robot Goldfish
Last month, I bought a robot named Goldfish from your shop. I expected it to help me with my housework. However, I’m not satisfied with it .
Firstly, the robot never works correctly. You promised that the batteries would last at least two months, but I have to change them every two days. Also, the robot is so lazy that it is only willing to work for three hours every day.It is causing me a lot of trouble. So I plan to send it back to you. I would like to get my money back.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely
Susan
