单元教材、学情分析
1. 本单元是pep小学英语教科书四年级上册第一单元，具有承上启下的作用。本单元重点学习有关祈使句的用法，其中难点在于B部分Let’s talk的祈使句中一系列动词词组的口头表达。教材在A部分Let’s do活动中做了铺垫，教师在教学过程中要注意反复利用这一活动，让学生通过活动感知新的语言点，减轻教与学的难点。另外，本单元A Let’s spell和B部分Read and write字母例词中的部分单词在教学中要予以特别关注，第一次出现的单词均为第五单元和第六单元中要求写的单词。
2. 四年级的学生已经具有了一定的拼读能力和书写能力，但是该年龄段的学生注意力不够集中，好奇心强，喜欢游戏等有趣味性的东西。因此本单元的教学策略是教学方式多样化，期间贯穿游戏，增强师生间、生生间的互动，以此提高学生的学习兴趣。
第一课时
A Let’s talk
一、教学目标
1. 能够在语境中理解新词classroom, really, picture, near, window的意思，并能正确发音。
2. 能够听懂、会说、认读句型：We have a new classroom. What’s in the classroom Let’s go and see! Where is it It’s near the window.
3. 能够在真实情景中运用句型Where is ... It’s in/on/under/near...来询问物品的位置。
4. 能够在情景中恰当运用句型：What’s in the classroom Let’s go and see!
5. 能够理解对话大意， 能够用正确的语音、语调朗读对话。
6. 学习礼貌用语，能和他人礼貌的交流。

三、教学准备
1. 小毛绒玩具及文具用品。
2. 多媒体课件。
四、教学过程
（一） Warming up
1. 复习已学句型：This is… I have… 教师手拿一个小狗的毛绒玩具，说：I have a dog , this is my new dog.
2. 让学生用事先准备好的实物（如：尺子，铅笔，橡皮等）模仿句子。
3．当学生能够说出句子时，教师可提问：Where is it 启发学生用学过的知识回答：It's on/in/under/the …
（二）Leading in
1. 将学生说出的文具按一定的位置关系摆放到讲台上，通过询问，引导学生说出这些物品的位置。Look at these things. Where is the ruler It’s on the desk. Where is the pen Look, It’s near the ruler. 通过展示钢笔同尺子的距离来理解near的含义，用ear教发音，为后边对话中出现的near做铺垫。
2. 教师指着展示用的所有物品问：Where are they 引导学生说出They are in the classroom. 并引出第一单元标题My classroom.同时讲解classroom.将其拆分为class和room两个单词来讲，在讲的同时用father “a”的发音及school “oo”的发音来辅助学生拼读classroom。
（三）Presentation
1. 教师描述教室。We have a classroom. It’s big .通过教师的示范，引导学生用不同的词来形容教室，如：new, big, good, beautiful等。引出本课时的主要人物Zhang Peng和Sarah. This is our new classroom. Zhang Peng and Sarah have a new classroom too. What’s in the classroom Let’s go and see. 边说边做出去看看的动作，帮助学生理解意思。
2. 以视频的方式播放对话内容，使学生理解对话内容。观看的同时向学生提出问题。
What can you see in the classroom 学生可自由回答在视频中看到的任何东西，如：desk, chair, book等。
3. 再次播放课文内容，学生根据对话内容回答问题。
Is the classroom big
Where is the picture
(1) 利用教室内的图片实物理解picture的意思，利用自然拼读的方式来读单词，并通过男，女生读的方式来练习单词的发音。
(2) 根据问题Where is the picture 的回答引出window.强调 “ow”
的发音，通过询问图片中Zip和Zoom的位置来帮助学生练习It’s near the window. 的用法。
(3)根据课件pencil box, hat, car与window的位置关系来练习句型。
（四）Practice
1. 播放课文视频，学生跟读模仿。 Listen to the tape. Read after it, please.
2. 小组内自由练习朗读课文。教师巡视，并为学生提供帮助。Read the dialogue freely. If you have any questions, please raise your hand and ask me.
3. 分角色朗读对话。Let’s read the dialogue in roles. Boys will be Zhang Peng. Girls will be Sarah. Let’s read the dialogue. OK Now girls will be Zhang Peng. Boys are Sarah. Read it again.
4. 表演对话。Let’s act the dialogue out. Please practice it in your group. OK, Who wants to try Let’s find the best pair.
5. 利用学生的文具、书等物品进行问答，练习新学习的句型。教师做示范展示Where is my book Yes, it’s on the desk. Where is your book Oh, it’s on your desk. And it’s near the pencil box. Now ask and answer in your group, please.
6. 完成Let’s play活动。教师先利用课件展示Let’s play 的对话内容，让学生了解游戏规则。小组内练习该活动的剩余部分，然后教师出示课件找同学来完成。
（五）Summary
1. 利用游戏中的图片，编制韵句，总结本课的重点内容。
