四、教学过程
（一）Warming up
1. Greeting
2. 复习字母a的发音，通过火眼金睛游戏出示bag, cat, dad等单词，学生读单词回忆a 的发音，教师出示chant
A is for apple. / / / / / / apple.
A is for cat. / / / / / / cat.
A is for bag. / / / / / / bag.
A is for dad. / / / / / / dad.
A is for hand. / / / / / / hand.
学生边拍手边唱读。
（二）Presentation
1. Let’s read.根据图片内容圈出相对应的单词，请同学们找出单词的共同特征，并用红色粉笔描红。提示同学们多读几遍单词，试着找出这几个单词的发音规律。
2. 呈现Read, listen and chant中的chant,并提出问题
(1) Who’s this boy
根据学生的回答教师板书Jake and Dave,并引导学生说出Jake and Dave are names.教师领读这三个单词,并板书，通过读引导学生说出a-e的发音。
3. 再次播放Let’s chant,并回答问题
(2) Jake can ____ a ____.
(3) Dave has a cute ____.
订正答案，找同学说出问题（2）的答案Jake can make a cake.课件展示make 及cake（板书），请同学根据课件图片内容猜意思，大声的读这句话，找出与a-e有关的单词。Dave likes to eat a cake. 再次读cake. Now he has a cute face.板书face
4. 学生跟读Read, listen and chant。班级齐读下列内容，再次感受a-e的发音。
A is for name. /ei/ /ei/ /ei/ name.
A is for face. /ei/ /ei/ /ei/ face.
A is for cake. /ei/ /ei/ /ei/ cake.
A is for make. /ei/ /ei/ /ei/ make.
（三）Practice
1. 单词拼读器。根据课件中变换的不同字母拼读出不同的单词，在班级中进行抢答，看谁读的又快又准确。
2. 完成Read, listen and tick。播放录音，选出正确的答案并写到课本上。
3. / / or /ei/ 教师出示含/ / or /ei/ 发音的单词，如：hat cat map make cake hate等。找同学读并按音标分类。再次区分字母a及a-e的发音。
4. 完成Listen, circle and write部分。look at these pictures. Below them, there is a and a-e. Listen to the tape. If the word is like cat, please circle a. if the word is like cake, please circle a-e. And you should write the word.
（四）Summary
请同学根据板书内容总结本节课所学，教师及时进行补充。
五、Homework
1. 听音跟读本课时内容，能正确朗读带有a-e发音的单词。
2. 在书后的词汇表中找出字母组合a-e在单词中发长音/ei/的单词，并试着拼读，写出，看谁找得最多，读得最准。
