There are many kinds of tigers all over the world, and the largest tiger is Northeast Tiger. Most Northeast Tigers live in the northeast of China9 like Heilongjiang Province and Jilin Province. There are many forests and mountains. The tigers usually like living there. In the forests and mountains, there are fewer people getting out and coming in. So the tigers are very free. They can run after each other, catch and eat some small animals, like rabbits and deer.
The Northeast Tiger are different from the ordinary tigers. For example, the Northeast Tigers can swim very well, but can't climb the trees. The Northeast Tigers' hearing is the best, and no matter how low the sound is they can hear it.

How could we tell time if there were no watches or clocks anywhere in the world The sun was probably the world’s first “clock”, except in the far north, where the Eskimos(爱斯基摩人) live. There, it’s dark most of the winter, and light most of the summer. But in most of the world, people have used the sun for a clock. Even today, if you don’t have a clock, you still know that when the sun shines, it’s day, and when it’s dark, it’s night. The sun can also tell you if it’s morning, noon, or afternoon.
People who live near the sea can tell time from the tides. In the daytime, for about six hours, the water rises higher and higher on the beach. And then it goes down and down for about six hours. The same thing happens again at night. There are two high tides and two low tides every 24 hours.
Seamen on a ship learn how to tell time by looking at the moon and the stars. The whole sky is their clock.
In some places in the world the wind comes up at about the same time every day or changes direction or stops blowing. In these places the wind can be the clock.
A sand clock is an even better clock. If you had fine dry sand in a glass shaped like the one in the picture, you would have what is called an hourglass. The sand in the hourglass goes from the top part to the bottom part in exactly one hour. When the hourglass is turned over, the sand will take another hour to go back again.

When you lose something, you'll feel upset and fear that you will never find the lost object(物体). Actually, if you think about it for a moment, you'll find it soon.
Take a long, deep breath.
1 Only when you regain your calm can you focus on finding the object again. Often when you've lost something, especially if it's an important object like a set of keys or a passport, you get worried. These long deep breaths will help you to regain your calm.
2
Of course, this is unlikely to be the case with keys or other ID stuff. But it can easily be the case with books, magazines,DVDs, etc. If there is a chance that you have lent an object to someone else, then send a quick email or text message to the likely people. However, make sure that the message doesn't accuse(谴责)others of taking the object in question. 3
Slow down.
The more important the object is, the more you are likely to run around like a headless chicken with the wrong idea that your rush will speed up finding the object. 4 Slowing down will give you a chance to think back to the last time and place you saw the missing object. This may give you a clue(线索)or two to where the object is.
Get help from others.
Getting help from someone else who knows what the object looks like will do fine. 5 Also, this gives an extra thought pattern to the search. In fact, it may be the best way to find the lost objects fast.
A. This won't help you find the lost object but it helps you calm down.B. This doubles the number of people looking for the lost object.C. Has anyone tidied up recently D. Have you lent the object out E. You can even turn to those you don't know at all.F. Make the message more along the lines that you're worried because of this particular object.G. In fact, it's always a case of more hurry, less speed.
