Most of us paid little attention to protecting our eyes, so with the time goes by, the eyesight becomes poor and poorer.
Two thirds of students’ eyes always get tired because they watch TV or play computer games for long. And a quarter of students always lie in the bed or walking while reading books, so they have become short-sighted. The others always read in strong sunlight or poor light so they have sore eyes often.
It’s important for us to form a good reading habit to take good care of our eyes. So let’s do everything we can to improve our eyes.
