Unit 8 At Christmas课外拓展作文教案
设计理念：
本节课是译林小学英语五年级上册第八单元 At Christmas的一节课外拓展作文课，在学生学习完有关圣诞节的知识后，教师设计了一条主线：在圣诞之前，在圣诞节前夕，在圣诞节人们都干些什么事，很自然地联系到了春节，并利用这条主线先谈谈春节人们应该干什么？再利用小组合作的方式贴一贴做这些事的先后顺序，最后把这段作文写下来。
一、教学目标
知识目标：
巩固复习Christmas有关知识；
2. 会说会读有关春节的短语：go shopping and buy…clean the house，put up spring couplets，have a big lunch，watch New Year Gala，set off fireworks，eat dumplings，visit …say “Happy New Year”，get red packets等。
技能目标：
1. 能够运用Before…, On…Eve, On…Day这样的结构书写作文春节。
情感目标：
1. 在情境交流中，培养英语学习的兴趣；
2. 在作文教学中让学生感知春节团聚开心的氛围；
三、教学重难点
1. 会说会读有关春节的短语：go shopping and buy…clean the house，put up spring couplets，have a big lunch，watch New Year Gala，set off fireworks，eat dumplings，visit …say “Happy New Year”，get red packets等。
2. 能够运用Before…, On…Eve, On…Day这样的结构书写作文春节。

Before Christmas I usually buy a Christmas tree. I sometimes go and see Father Christmas.
On Christmas Eve I always put a stocking on my bed and wait for presents.
On Christmas Day I often get up early and open my presents.
I sometimes have a big lunch with my family.
