(1) between意为“两者之间”。
eg: Remember this is a secret

【注意】 between后接三者或三
者以上的物体时,表示把这些

【拓展】 among用于表示三者或
者以上的人或物之间。
eg: There is a house among the
trees.在树丛中有座房子

of,意为“在……前面

【注意】 behind只可表示空间位

③辨析 in front of与 in the front of
这两个介词短语都可表示
在……的前面”,但 in front of
意为“在具体某人/物外部的前
面”,其反义词是 behind in
the front of意为“在某个空间
内部的前面”,其反义短语为at
the back of
