【教学目标】
1.掌握形容教师外貌的单词听说读写的能力。
2.能够仿照阅读文本,在问题的提示下用几句连贯的话介绍一位教师的外貌特征,爱好及其所教科目。
【教学重难点】
能够仿照阅读文本,在问题的提示下用几句连贯的话介绍一位教师的外貌特征,爱好及其所教科目。
【教学设计】
本节课的内容:A、Let’s read, B Let’s talk, C Let’s write. A部分通过一封电子邮件展现本课时的阅读文本,在完成表格的同时巩固前面学过的内容。B部分是学生根据A部分的人物选择一个来练习对话。C部分是学生仿照A部分写一封电子邮件。
【教学过程】
一、教学导入
1.Greetings.
T:Good morning, boys and girls!
S:Good morning, teacher!
T:How are you today
S:I’m fine, thank you. And you
T:I’m OK.
2.Review.
(1)教师给出一张老师们的合照,学生找出他们分别教授哪一门课。
(2)教师给出话题“Who is your favorite teacher ”,学生回答。
二、新课呈现:
1.整体学习短文。
(1)教师出示文章的图片。
T:How many teachers are there in the picture
S:……
T:What are they doing
S:……
T:Who is the boy
S:Binbin.
T:Right. He is Binbin.
(2)听录音,熟悉内容。
T:Listen to the radio and guess what’s happening.
S:OK.
(3)学习短文的内容。
教师一句一句的讲解这封电子邮件的意思,注意学习其中的短语和单词。
(4)完成课后练习。
学生再阅读一遍这个短文,然后完成课后的2题和3题,班内校正,及时评价。
2.Let’s talk.
教师出示A部分的图片,学生从图片中选出一个老师来进行对话。以下是可能会用到的句型。
T:Who’s your favorite teacher
S:Mr. White.
T:What does he teach
S:He teaches art.
T:……
(教师可以问学生来回答,然后学生两人一组来练习。)
3.Let’s write.
T:Who is your favorite teacher
S:……
T:What is he like
S:……
T:What does he teach
S:……
T:Write a letter about your favorite teacher to Tim.
三、基础巩固:
1.Pair work.
全班分成三大组,教师随机抽取张老师的图片,学生则立即反应并说出“He/She is our… teacher.”
并能把外貌描述出来,哪一组的同学回答的最好,给予一朵小红花的奖励。
2.做"找朋友"的游戏。
教师给学生1分钟的时间,让学生下位子去找与自己拥有相同单词的同学。教师说停后,看谁找到了"朋友",并让拥有相同单词的"朋友"一起说:We are…找到朋友的学生都说完后,教师再给时间让学生去找"朋友",继续游戏。
四、外延拓展
电子邮件的写作方法。
教师根据A部分的这个电子邮件给学生讲解电子邮件的写作方法。
五、练习作业
1.熟读A部分的短文。
2.向爸爸妈妈介绍自己最喜欢的老师。

【知识探究】
一、导学:
1. 问候语导入。
2. Review.
(1)观看一张老师们的合照,找出他们分别教授哪一门课。
(2)回答“Who is your favorite teacher?”
二、知识构建:
1. 整体学习短文。
(1)观看教学图片,回答问题“How many teachers are there in the picture?” “What are they doing?”
(2)听录音,熟悉内容。
(3)学习短文的内容。
理解这封电子邮件的意思,注意学习其中的短语和单词。
(4)完成课后练习。
再阅读一遍这个短文,然后完成课后的2题和3题,班内校正,及时评价。
2. Let’s talk.
观看A部分的图片,从图片中选出一个老师来进行对话。以下是可能会用到的句型。
T:Who’s your favorite teacher? S:Mr. White.
T:What does he teach? S:He teaches art.
(两人一小组来练习这个对话。)
3. Let’s write.
Write a letter about your favorite teacher to Tim.
4. Pair work.
