一、Teaching aims:
Knowledge aims:
1. 进一步巩固并掌握故事中出现的词汇:hard, soft, just right, in front of, beside, between .
2. 进一步巩固并掌握四会句型:There is … There are…
Ability aims:
1.学生能够准确运用故事中出现的新词汇;
2. 学生能够熟练掌握 There be…句型描述某处存在某样东西;
3. 学生能够理解并掌握 Grammar time 中 There be…句型的用法和规则以及单词too 的用法;
4. 学生能够完成 Fun time 中的任务。
二、Teaching key point:
对词汇和句型的学习和运用。

根据 There be…句型编写故事。
四、Teaching procedures:
Step one: Leading
Let’s sing a song “the three bears”. What’s about the song
Today let’s go on learning“Unit 1 Goldilocks and the three bears”揭题
Look, this is Goldilocks, this is a house, these are three bears. What happened to them Let’s retell the story. (老师利用思维导图帮助孩子梳理故事情节。)
What is in this story
Step two: Grammar time
一、The usage of there be
1.呈现课文中的there be 句型。There’s=There is(板书)
2.Look at this form. Find the differences between there is and there are.(请学生先回答) 分布讲解there be用法。最后呈现Learning tips:
there be表示某地有某物;
be要与后面的名词的数一致;
如果名词是单数或不可数用is;
如果名词是复数形式则用are.
3.Let' play.
Choose is or are to fill in the blanks. Boys“is”.Girls“are” .Let’s have a match. Which group is fast
在最后一组中呈现某处有两样物品,从而引出“就近原则”。(there be 是个近视眼,be动词是is还是are,由距离它最近的名词决定)举例说明。
4.Let’s describe.
I will tell you a new story about another little girl. Match girl.(逐步请学生看图说句子,并讲解介词in front of, between, beside的用法)
5.Let’s enjoy.

6.Let’s read and plete “The little match girl”.
二、The usage of too
1.Use too...to describe the little girl' s feeling.
2.Teach the meaning of too . Too means “so, very”. Too modifies adjectives.(板书)
3.Teach and practice the usage of too
Describe some pictures what you see. The…is too… The… is too…
The elephant is too big. The mouse is too small.
The man’s head is too small. The boy’s head is too small.
Big head father is too tall. Small head son is too short.
The elder bear is too fat. Guang tou qiang is too thin.
The wolf is too strong. The pigs are weak.
(So the pigs are afraid of the wolf. The pigs want to protect themselves. They build a new house.导入下面环节)
Step three: Production (Fun time)
1.呈现小猪盖房子图片,老师也在白板上画一座房子。What’s in the house There’s/There are… No. The house is empty. It isn’t beautiful. Let’s help them. Decorate their house.
2.Look, here’s my design.示范(老师先出示自己的设计,并且用there be句型讲解房子里的物品。)I think the house is nice!
3.It’s your turn, boys and girls. First, six in a group. Then, choose some pictures to decorate the three pigs’ house. Finally, show your design. You can say there’s/there are…in/under/on/in front of…Let’s start. Which group can come to the front to show your design.
4.Show your design.(先请在白板设计的小组汇报。Please tell us what’s in the house )
5.Make a new story. According to the pictures and key sentences.
Can you tell me a new story about the three pigs and their new house 逐步讲解关键句型。Talk to your partners about the story. 接着请四个学生分别讲解四幅图。

Step four: Assignments
1.Share your stories with you friends.
