一、教学目标

四、教学过程
(一)Warming up
韵句:Tim is my friend. 教师播放韵句,学生齐唱。Teacher:Boys and girls, let’s chant together. Tim is my friend. Are you ready Let’s chant. 设计意图:韵句能够为学生营造轻松的英语学习氛围,同时帮助学生回忆之前学习过的与本课时相关的内容,为接下来的学习做好知识和心理上的准备。
(二)Leading in
指向某个学生,请其他学生尝试描述其特征。Teacher:His/ Her name is... He / She is tall and strong... He / she has glasses. His / Her shoes are ...
设计意图:通过描述自己非常熟悉的同学的特征,帮助学生回忆、使用前几课时学习到的重点词汇及句式,并为下一步的学习做好铺垫。
(三)Presentation
1.由let’s chant的内容引出Tim和Lily。
2.看图片描述Tim特征和穿戴。His shoes are black. 与所学句子(He has black shoes.)做对比,引出单词组brown shoes。继续描述His hair is long.对比句子He has long hair.引出单词 hair,讲解单词,并引出单词词组long hair和short hair, 教师讲解单词并让学生跟着单词录音读;加入颜色进行描述,补充long brown hair,强调长短+颜色。
3.根据刚才所学对Tim的描述,描述Lily的外貌特征, Lily has long hair. Lily has brown shoes.加以巩固。(可适当加入颜色描述,补充 long golden hair)
4. PPT展示图片,用所学知识描述他的外貌特征He has short hair.引出句子:He has blue glasses.教师讲解单词glasses并让学生跟读单词。
5. PPT展示图片,教师问问题:What’s this It’s a bag. What colour is it 引出词组:a green bag. 融合三年级学过有关颜色的单词组成词组:a blue bag, a yellow bag, a black bag, a brown bag, an orange bag.
6.出示Let’s learn图片播放录音,My friend has blue glasses.提问同学Who is his friend? 播放课文录音,学生跟读。Teacher:Listen to the tape and read with it.
设计意图:跟读可以使学生获得准确的读音。
7. 讨论教材图片内容,帮助学生理解、熟悉新授内容。 Teacher: Look at the picture. What colour are Amy’s shoes What colour is Wu Yifan’s bag Does Sarah have long hair
设计意图:在交流中使学生理解并使用新授内容,为其能够自由运用这些短语描述人物特征奠定基础。
8. 用所学知识描述图片:Look and say. Sarah自我介绍:My hair is long. My shoes are brown. 学生自己介绍Sarah:Sarah has long hair. She has brown shoes.多举几个例子。
(四)Practice
1. 游戏:我来说,你来做。老师说出特征,学生出示或指向相应的物品或人物。Teacher:Let’s play. I say you do. Long hair! You can do actions to show it. And you can point to a girl who has long hair. Next, short hair. Yes. Blue glasses! Blue shoes. Brown shoes. Yellow bag. ...
设计意图:此活动旨在帮助学生听懂重点词汇与短语,帮助他们将字音与字义结合起来进行理解记忆。
2. 介绍自己的特征。学生一个接一个站起来介绍自己的一个特征。Teacher:Look at me. I have long hair. What about you You can talk about your hair, glasses, shoes, bag and so on. Let’s say a sentence one by one.
设计意图:学生通过自我介绍,来熟悉重点短语和句式的使用。同时,为下一个活动的进行做好准备。
3. 游戏:我来说,你来猜。老师描述教材中一个人物的特征,让学生猜出是图中的哪一个人。Teacher:Look at them. I will say a sentence. Please guess who he or she is. She has long hair. Sarah No. Her shoes are brown. Yes, it’s Amy. Teacher: Please do a pair work. You can play like this.
设计意图:这个游戏检验学生通否听懂描述人物特征的句子。为其能够自己使用词汇及句式来描述人物特征做准备。
4. 教师说出某一个学生的特征,请学生来猜猜看是谁,说出他(她)的名字。Teacher:Guess again. He is a boy. He has short hair. He has black glasses. He has blue shoes. Who is he What’s his name Guess. 学生介绍自己一个同学的特征,请其他同学猜出是哪位同学。Teacher:Now who can try to introduce your classmate like this Others please guess who he or she is.
设计意图:通过这个活动,使学生能够真正自如地运用所学到的短语和句式来描述日常生活中的,生活在身边的朋友的特征,从而达到掌握知识的目的。
5. Say and draw.小组活动,一个人介绍自己的朋友的特征,请其他同学画一画,看谁画得像。Teacher: Now, let’s do a group work. Say and draw.
(五)Summary
1.本节课学习了词汇:long hair、short hair、glasses;
2.本节课学习了句型:He/She has ... His/Her ______is/are ...
(六)Homework
1. 在四线三格中抄写所学单词及词组。
2. 搜集整理描述让人外貌及穿戴的单词。
