B Let’s try & Let’s talk
一、教学目标
1. 能够听懂、会说句式：Where are they Are they... Yes, they are. No, they aren’t.
2. 能够理解对话大意，并能用正确的语音、语调朗读对话。
3. 能够在情景中运用本课的句型Where are … Are they on/near... 询问物品或人物的位置，同时做出判断Yes, they are. / No, they aren’t.
4. 能够在情境中恰当运用功能句Open the door, please. 提出行动建议。
5. 引导学生在日常生活中学会保管好自己的物品，养成良好的生活习惯。
二、教学重难点
1．重点：
（1）能够听懂、会说句式：Where are they Are they... Yes, they are. No, they aren’t.
（2）能够理解对话大意，并能用正确的语音、语调朗读对话。
2．难点：
（1）在学习句型时，能够正确表述单复数形式。
（2）能够在真实的语境中运用本课的句型来询问物品或人物的位置，并进行回答。
三、教学准备
1. 多媒体课件或录音机、磁带。
2. 单词图片、卡片。
四、教学过程
（一）Warming up热身活动
1．教师播放本单元歌曲：My home. 学生先倾听，再学唱。歌曲能够极大地激发学生的学习兴趣，为英语学习营造良好的氛围。
2．通过单词图片复习A部分重点单词和句型。
（二）Leading in 情境导入
方案一：由学生和教师的学习用品引入对话教学。
1．复习Part A 核心句型Is it on/ in/ under…
教师拿出自己的笔，然后把笔藏在桌子里，学生使用上节课所学句型猜测笔在哪里，教师根据实际情况做出回答：
Is it on the desk Is it under the chair
Yes, it is./ No, it isn’t.
2．感知新句型。
教师再拿起另外两个同学的笔置于桌子上：One pencil, two pencils. Look at these pencils. Are they on the desk 重复这句话一到两遍，使学生初步感知复数的表达形式，引导学生回答：Yes, they are.
3．教师用其他学习用品进行替换，问: Are they on/ in/ under/ near… 引导学生用Yes, they are./ No, they aren’t. 做出正确回答，为课文对话的学习做好准备。
方案二：利用课件使学生感知本课句型。
1．复习Is it on/ in/ under… 句型。
教师呈现铅笔盒图片，学生运用Part A 所学句型猜测铅笔盒的位置，教师给出相应答案。

2．感知新句型。
呈现多个苹果的图片，设置问题由简至难的使学生逐步感知复数的表达方式，如：What are they Where are they Are they under the desk ...引导学生根据图片回答：No, they aren’t./ Yes, they are. 最后得出结论：They are on the table后，教师呈现desk照片，对比desk和table的区别。
3．练习新句型。
同桌之间利用文具等学习用品玩猜宝游戏，运用: Are they on/ in/ under/ near… 以及Yes, they are. / No, they aren’t.做问答练习，最后找一组学生展示。
（三）Presentation and practice呈现和操练
1．教师利用课本配图介绍对话背景，引导学生帮忙找钥匙，激发学生学习兴趣：You are good at looking for things. John and his mother are looking for their keys. Where are the keys Can you help them
2. 教师通过提出问题的方式，进行对话教学。通过提问，使学生对即将学习的内容充满阅读兴趣。带着问题观看或倾听，可以集中他们的注意力，并训练他们在倾听中抓住关键信息的能力。
（1） 教师播放对话视频或录音,并提出问题：Are they on the table 学生初步感知对话，观看或听录音后给出答案：No, they aren’t. 教师通过课件或板书呈现该问题及其回答。
（2）教师再次播放对话视频或录音，提出第二个问题：Are they near the phone 学生观看或听录音后能够回答：No, they aren’t. 教师课件呈现或板书该问答。教师在课件或板书中将phone用红色标注，并通过图片帮助学生理解phone的含义，利用elephant中ph的发音和o-e的发音规律引导学生读出phone。
（3）教师提问最后一个问题：Are they in the door 学生根据前两次观看动画或听录音可以给出相应的答案：Yes, they are. 最后教师总结问题：Where are the keys 学生集体给出答案：They are in the door.教师通过课件或者板书呈现问答内容。
3．教师播放录音，学生听音跟读，提醒学生注意模仿录音中的语音、语调。教师引导学生关注Are they on the table/ near the phone 句末的升调，对于个别语音、语调模仿的好的学生，及时给予表扬。
4．同桌之间分角色练习对话，最后找小组表演对话，请其他学生评一评，指出他们读的好的地方和不足的地方，要求学生声音宏亮、有感情，注意表情动作，引导其他学生认真倾听，教师最后做出总体评价。
（四）Consolidation and extension 巩固与拓展
方案一：
1．完成活动：Ask，answer and write.
（1）教师通过课件展示本环节问答例句，再次帮学生复习“询问复数物品位置并做出应答”的句型。
（2）同桌两人分别在自己的教材上填好代表物品的首字母，然后运用句型Where are… Are they in/ on/ under/ near… 一起完成寻找物品的活动。回答的学生根据自己所填首字母的位置回答同伴的问题。
2．Hide and seek. (捉迷藏游戏)
在课桌上摆放钥匙、书、钢笔、眼镜等物品，同桌两人一人藏，一人询问，然后互换角色。在学生活动或游戏时，教师在教室里进行巡视和指导，引导学生用英语进行交流和表述，使学生体会到语言学习的乐趣。
学生对话示范如下：
S1：Where are my pens Please guess.
S2: Are they in the pencil box
S1: No, they aren’t.
S2: Are they in the desk
S1: No, they aren’t. Look! They are in my hands.
方案二：
1．完成活动：Ask，answer and write.

（五）Summary 总结
1.提问学生本课所学，由学生自主总结本课所学句子、句型和词汇，重在培养学生对知识的归纳总结能力。
2.引导学生在日常生活中学会保管好自己的物品，养成良好的生活习惯。
