Unit6 Meet my family
一、单元教学目标
语言知识
句型:
1. 能够听、说、认读句型: How many people are there in your family?Three.
Is this your uncle Yes, it is. He’s a football player.
What’s your aunt’s job She’s a nurse.
2. 能够在情景中运用句型 How many people are there in your family 询间并回答家中有几位家庭成员;能够在情景中恰当运用句型: Six. /My family has six people.
3. 能够在情景中运用句型 Is this your…. Yes, it is. What’s your…’s job He’s /She’s a…询间并回答某人与说话方的亲属关系及其职业情况。
4. 能够按照意群朗读 Read and write文段中的核心句型。
词汇:

2. 能够在语境中正确使用上述有关家庭成员和职业的单词或词
组简单介绍家庭成员及其职业。

语音
1. 能够掌握a-e,i-e,o-e,ue,-e在单词中的长音发音规律。
2. 能够对比掌握a,e,i,o,u的长、短音发音规则。
3. 能够根据发音规则正确读出生词,并能够按照示范例词的提
示,从歌谣中找出符合a,e,i,o,u长、短音发音规则的单词。
文化意识
1. 能够体会并表达对家庭和生活的热爱之情。
2. 能够了解英语国家中家庭成员之间的称呼习俗。
3. 了解美国人把狗视为家庭成员之一,认为狗和自己孩子一样
重要。使学生能够尊重生命,敬畏生命。
思维品质
1. 能够推理判断,识别信息的正误,在说明有6位家人时,对
方只听到5位,提出疑问,最后补充还有一只小狗,由此提到中西文化的异同。
2. 能够有一定的分析推理能力,通过外貌特征猜出人物关系以
及相关职业。
学习能力
能够逐步做到见到符合a-e,i-e,o-e,u-e,e-e发音规律的单词
能够拼读,听到符合发音规律的单词能够拼写。
二、单元教材、学情分析
这一单元主要围绕“家庭”这一题材开展,让学生能用英语简单介绍自己的家庭,能用英语说出家庭成员的称呼以及家庭成员的职业。我借助“任务型”教学法,采用多样化的教学手段,将听、说、玩、演、唱融于一体,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生通过合作学习体验荣誉感和成就感,从而树立自信心,发展自主学习的能力,形成初步用英语进行简单日常交际的能力。之前学生在三年级学习过了数字,家庭成员等知识,在本册第三单元学习了朋友主题,有一定的知识储备,从而降低学习的难度,并使知识得以循环巩固。
四年级的学生喜欢说、唱、玩、演、做、游戏和竞赛,接下来会根据学生的年龄特点,精心设计教学活动,让学生在说、唱、玩、演、做、比赛、游戏中体验语言,在轻松愉快的行动中输入语言,从而为培养他们用英语进行顺利的交流打下坚实的基础。 学生可能采取知识迁移的方法学习本单元知识,学生的认知是螺旋式上升的,因此之前所学知识是对本单元教学的正迁移,学生可能出现的问题是在问句中are there 的使用顺序容易颠倒,需要重复练习,教师在指导过程中设计活动以口语表达为主,同时尽可能考虑学生的自我意识和与他人合作的意识,鼓励从教材走向生活实际,鼓励真实,自然的表达。采用多种评价手段检测学生掌握情况,比小如组间创编剧展示、个人口语诊断性检测等笔头输出等。
第1课时
A.Let’s talk & Let’s count
一、 教学目标:
1. 能够听、说、认读单词:family, parents, baby brother, sister, puppy及句型“How many people are there in your family ”和答语。
2. 能够将本节所学单词及句型运用于实际情境中。
3. 能够用正确的语音、语调朗读对话,并能够进行角色扮演
4. 培养学生热爱家庭,热爱生活的美好情感。
二、 教学重难点:
教学重点:掌握单词:family, parents, baby brother, sister, puppy及句型“How many people are there in your family ”和答语。
教学难点:
单词parents, baby brother的读音。
句型How many people are there in your family 的实际运用。
能用英语简单介绍自己的家庭。
三、 教学准备:
教师和学生自带全家福照片,教学PPT,录音机
四、 教学过程:
(一) Warm – up
齐唱歌曲《I love my family》
(设计意图:师生共唱歌曲,不但渲染了课堂气氛,复习了旧知,也很自然地导入了本课的新知,为本课的学习做好了铺垫。)
(二) Presentation
1. Look at the picture of a family. (出示一张班里同学的家庭照片,引出本节课的主题。)
再次指着全家福照片, This is Jenny’s father and this is Jenny’s mother. They are her parents! In the family, we call father and mother parents. What’s the meaning 教学单词parents。
出示父母图片练习句型:They are parents. Everyone, can you tell me who are they 引导学生回答出They are parents.
Let’s play “finger game” How many fingers I show you, you say how many” parents” OK 教师出示不同个数的手指,引导学生输出“parents”
出示婴儿小弟弟图片,look at this little boy, he is a baby, we can call him “baby brother” can you say it
2. How many people are there in Jenny’s family Four. Guess what’s “people” What about Amy’s and Chen Jie’s family Watch the video, and answer me two questions.
Q1: How many people are there in your family, Chen Jie
Q2: How many people are there in your family, Amy
(设计意图:通过任务型教学来学习本对话,学生不但学会了知识,而且学会了运用,同时也锻炼了学生的听力和处理问题的能力。)
Everyone, how many people in Chen Jie’s family 学生可通过视频或者书本找到答案并回答,此处两种答案均可:Three/ There are three people in Chen Jie’s family. Amy’s family 同理
教师分男女生组提问,提升学生的团队凝聚力。每组选出一位队员,对另外一组进行提问,How many people in ...’s/your family
3. 出示一张我的全家福(卡通图片)问学生我的家里有几口人,“This is my family, how many people are there in my family ”然后引导学生看图并且根据图片回答
教师指着图片介绍自己的家庭成员 “These are my parents. It’s me. My family has three people.”
4. Watch the video again, and tell me these two questions.

(观看视频,然后说出答案。)关注学生与书本的对话,找学生回答,订正答案后集体回答。同桌间互相提问回答,完成后举起大拇指示意。
A1:Chen Jie’s parents and Chen Jie.
A2:Amy’s dad, mum, sister, baby brother and Amy.
教师带领学生数家庭成员个数:1,2,3,4,5 But there are only five, what’s wrong And little puppy.
5. 介绍puppy,文化渗透:西方人养狗是为了陪伴自己,人们把狗视为家人,视为踏实的朋友,他们看中狗的跟随与忠诚,喜爱它,赞美它,把它比喻为人,亲切地称之为“he”。
“The puppy is a lovely family member.”
6. 各种形式的表演对话:齐读,跟读,角色扮演,同桌两个起来表演。
(三) Practice (Pair work)
Activity 1. 学生们拿出事先准备好的照片,根据自己的实际情况结合本节课学过的内容,做对话创编练习。

Activity 2. People hunt 教师为学生准备如下表格,引导学生在班级内完成表格填写
具体流程如下:组织全班动起来,学生互相采访,采访人询问被采访人信息,(均用英文回答,同时被采访人签上名字,然后双方表示感谢,(Thanks for your sharing)10分钟后结束,教师了解学生的采访人数以及邀请学生进行信息的汇报。

(四) Production
1. Students introduce his or her family member.
教师介绍自己家庭成员,然后请在座的其他同学拿着自己的全家福向全班同学介绍自己的家庭。

(五) Extension
看关于家庭的公益广告。
Father and mother protect us and love us, let’s say: “Thank you dad, thank you mom.”
“Father and mother I love you, I love my family.”(配合手上的动作。)
Homework:1.跟读P58课文,模仿语音语调至熟读。
2.完成本课课时练。
3.根据自家的全家福,进行介绍,录制视频发送钉钉群。
