A Let’s learn & Let’s play
一、教学目标:
1. 能够听、说、认读5个有关家庭成员的单词,如:cousin,uncle,aunt,parents,baby brother.
2. 能在情景中正确运用这5个单词介绍自己的家人。
3. 能在情景中运用句型This is my ... He’s / She’s ...介绍描述家庭成员。
4. 培养学生热爱家庭的感情。
二、重点难点:
听、说、认读cousin,uncle,aunt,parents,baby brother 5个单词,并能用这些单词介绍自己的家人。
三、教学准备:
教学PPT 录音机 歌曲Finger family 单词卡片
四、教学过程:
(一)Warm- up (Revision)
日常交际,带领学生进入英文环境
1. “One day, on my way to school I met the finger family; they wanted us to sing a song with them. Do you want to have a try ”带领学生唱歌曲Finger family。
2.“Do you want to play games with me Let’s play — act and say.” 用TPR做fat, thin, tall, short, long, big, small描述人物特征的单词。用PPT呈现照片,一边做动作一边巩固一遍单词。
“I want a student to be here and act these words: tall and strong, short and thin, long hair, short hair, small eyes, big eyes, big mouth, small mouth...” 通过丰富的肢体语言示范,引导学生完成此活动,活跃课堂氛围。
3. 通过呈现曾志伟和姚明的照片,让学生用句型He is ...描述他们的体型特征,通过观察图片,让学生尝试说He has ...并理解单复数的概念。
(设计意图:通过你猜我演的活动来激活学生的旧知,为后面的活动做铺垫。)
(2) Presentation
Last lesson,we talked about Amy and Chen Jie’s family. Today, let’s meet Amy’s family.
1. 用PPT呈现Let’s learn部分。
箭头指向Amy父母的图片,教学parents
课件出示一张父母的图片T:The woman is mother, the man is father, they are parents /p/ /e / /r/ / n/ /ts/,用击掌的方式拆分音节读单词。Who are they They are parents. Can you read it in low voice How about high voice Great! 用句型尝试描述,She is ... She has ... He is ... He has ...
2. 出示Amy叔叔一家的全家福的图片,先讲解aunt.
用PPT呈现aunt的图片,My mother’s or father’s sister. Who is she She is my aunt. We can also say “This is my aunt.”/ɑ:/ /n/ /t/ Can you say aunt This time ,listen to me ,I’ll clap my hands, how many times I clap,you can say how many “aunt” OK 请学生描述,She is ... She has ...
3. 使用learn内容讲解uncle。
用PPT呈现uncle的图片,He’s my mother’s or father’s brother. Who is he He is my uncle, we can also say “This is my uncle.”/ / /n/ /k/ /l/,击掌的方式拆分音节。使用finger game 来练习uncle 并及时纠音。
4. 使用learn内容讲解cousin,
用PPT呈现cousin的图片Your uncle’ or aunt’s kid. She / He is your cousin. You can say “This is my cousin.”/k/ / / /z/ /n/. Who is she/he She / He is ...
Can you read it quickly Can you read it slowly Great! 教师及时纠音。
(设计意图:帮助学生理解新单词的意义,运用拆分音节的方式让学生准确地发音,并且通过句子来巩固学习单词,实现单词学习的语用功能,实现新旧知识的融会贯通。)
5. 使用learn内容讲解baby brother. Let’s meet Amy’s baby brother.
出示婴儿小弟弟的图片,He is Amy’s baby brother, /b/ /e / /b / /br// // // / Can you read it in high voice How about low voice
6.Please open your book, turn to page59, 回归课本,听读Let’s learn板块。通过跟读活动让学生感知升降调,在情境中理解句子。全班整体读,小组读,同桌互读的形式加以练习。
(三)Practice
1. Who is ...
如:your father’s brother uncle
your mother’s sister aunt
He is a little baby and he is boy. baby brother
She is a girl, your aunt is her mother, who is she cousin
They are your daddy and mommy. Who are they parents
第一个说出来的学生当小老师,出示不同数量的手指,其他学生重复相应的遍数。
2. 认读活动---(corners)
教师准备本课单词卡片,放到教室的各个角落,从每个小组选取一名同学参加PK,教师发出指令,如:“Can you find the picture shows –your father’s brother ”同学们听到指令后反应走到相应的图片旁边,读出对应的单词,优先回答的同学小组加一分,其余同学复述一遍。
(四)Production (Let’s play)
先给学生示范介绍自己的家人Hi! I’m Miss Liu. Meet my family, this is ...
请学生同桌两人相互介绍自己的家人,在白纸上画手指画,之后请几名同学到前面来展示。
Hi! I’m ... Meet my family!

He’s ________, he has ...
She’s ________, she has ...
(设计意图:从情景中过渡到现实生活,能帮助学生更好的理解单词和句子的意义,并强调自主表达。)
(五)Extension
Do you love your father and mother Last time, we saw a video about family. Family means “Father and mother I love you”. And we are also a family. So we should love each other. We are in a class family. Can you draw a finger class family Please have a try!
(设计意图:培养学生热爱自己的家庭,同时也认识到班级也是一个大家庭。)
Homework:
1. 熟读本课单词,在作业本规范抄写5遍.
2. 完成本课课时练。
3. 画一幅finger family,并向你的朋友介绍你的家人。
