教学目标 1.指导学生通过听力了解主要事实，并激励他们谈论如何打电话进行预定;2.使学生熟悉电话预定的过程及需要了解的相关信息，学习相关电话用语;3.培养学生不同的听力技能，解决不同的听力综合问题;4.鼓励学生模拟生活场景编创对话，将所学内容运用于实际生活。
教学内容分析 该板块的活动主题是“预定”, 这是在日常生活中经常遇到的“任务”，同时也是本单元的语言功能项目。学生通过听一段对话关于Robert Williams打电话给航空公司预定从伦敦到巴黎机票的对话，熟悉电话预定的过程和需要了解的信息以及相关的电话用语。
学情分析 在我校高一阶段，英语学习是不少学生的薄弱点；缺乏英语学习兴趣；词汇量不够，对于英语的听说都有困难，因此教师在教学过程中因注意把握教学难度，激发学生学习兴趣。教授学生听力技能，鼓励学生自信地用英文进行口语表达。
教学重难点 重点：通过听对话了解电话预定过程及熟系相关电话用语；难点：指导学生运用恰当的口语表达，模拟用电话预定机票.酒店或餐馆座位等生活场景交流。

Step2. Pre-listening Free talk:When we talk about air ticket/hotel room/dinner table reservation, what words or expressions come into your mind 为听说做词汇以及相关表达的准备
Step3.While-listening Teacher talks with their students about the related topic: Do you know how to make reservations for a trip Let’s listen and find out:Listening tip: To get the main idea of a dialogue, you should listen and make notes of the following information.1.Play the listening and answer the following questions:1). What are the two speakers talking about 2). What is the relationship between the two speakers 2. Listen again and complete the table on the page 29 with the words you heard. 引导学生使用相关听力技能,理解听力材料，找出正确答案。
Step4. Post-listening Group-work1). Imagine you are making plans for the holiday. Choose one of the situations on the page 29 and role-play a phone call with a partner.2).show some useful expressions to studentsI’d like to book a room for next Monday.I’d like to reserve a room for two days........3). Ask some students to show their dialogue with the class. 通过口语练习,增加学生的口语听说能力将所学知识运用到实际情景中。
Step5. Summary Ask some students to help teacher do a summary as follows.How to make reservations.some useful words and expressions 回顾课堂所学内容，再次强调重点。
