Let’s check & Let’s wrap it up & Story time
1、教学目标:
1. 能够理解并掌握am, is, are与人称代词的搭配;
2. 能够完成 Let’s check板块的听录音圈单词和写句子的活动;
3. 能够结合图片理解故事内容,并能朗读故事。

理解并掌握am, I, are与人称代词的搭配。
难点:
1. 正确使用be动词am, is, are完成相关习题;
2. 理解并朗读故事。

单词卡片和课件
4、教学过程:
(一)Warm-up (Revision)
1. 师生唱本单元的歌曲。
2. 教师课件呈现老师图片,让学生用本单元所学的语言知识描述人物特征。如:Who is the Chinese teacher What’s he/she like
(二)Presentation and practice
1. Let’s check
(1) 教师呈现Let’s check板块,让学生阅读题目中的句子,了解题目。
(2) 教师播放对话,学生听后判断并选择单词。
(3) 学生回答问题,教师核对答案。
(4) 教师问:What are the people like 然后再次播放对话,学生听对话并回答问题。
(5) 教师核对答案,并出示听力文本,让学生朗读文本。
2. Let’s wrap it up
(1) 教师课件呈现三个句子,分别使用am, is, are. 请学生朗读后并观察句子,尝试总结am, is, are 的搭配规则。
(2) 教师板书归类:he/she ---is they---are
(3) 教师呈现人称代词I, we, you, it,请学生思考它们分别与哪个be动词搭配,并完成Think and match的练习。
(4) 师生校对答案并进一步了解搭配规则。
(5) 学生完成Choose and write 练习并核对答案。
3. Story time
(1) 教师呈现Zoom和Zip的图片,说:Zoom and Zip will have a new PE teacher today. What’s the new PE teacher like Can you guess 教师写出学生猜测中的关键词。
(2) 教师说:What does zoom think 然后播放故事图片1和2的动画,学生观看一遍后回答。
(3) 教师问:Is the PE teacher really tall and strong 教师先请学生发表看法,再播放图片3-6的动画,学生观看后回答。教师追问:Who is the new PE teacher What’s he like Can he play football well 学生回答后教师可以总结说:The rabbit is very thin and short, but he is a good football player.
(三) Consolidation and extension
(1) 教师请学生描述自己班级中外貌与特长不是很一致的同学,渗透不能以貌取人的观念。
(2) 教师播放完整故事动画,学生分角色练习朗读故事并表演故事。
(四) Sum-up
教师带着学生总结be动词的搭配规则,以及如何用本单元语言描述人物的性格和外貌特征。
(五)Homework
正确流利的跟读和朗读小故事。
