Teaching aims:
1.Knowledge objects:

To improve Ss’ speaking and listening abilities.
To develop Ss’ ability of work in groups.

To keep Ss’ interest in English.

Teaching procedure:
Step 1 Warming up
1. Let’s review: describe the dolls of Story time and describe Simon. Lead in Simon.
2. Simon says : I say touch your hair ,you can’t do this, if I say Simon says touch your hair, you should do it and say hair hair hair
3. Magic eyes : Say the words loudly and say bomb when you see the bomb.
Lead in : tall short and snowman.
(Purpose: It is important to form a good English surrounding to begin an English lesson. We have also reviewed the words and make a preparation for the new lesson. )
Step2 Fun time
1. Christmas is coming. It often snows on Christmas Day. We can make a snowman at that time. Let’s have a rest : Enjoy a song about Christmas..
What kind of snowman do you like
Let’s listen draw and say.
2.Show time
Show our snowman and introduce it.
(Purpose: It can improve Ss’ speaking and listening abilities and cultivate Ss’ independent learning ability and creative spirit.)
