Language points
It is the most famous place to visit in Singapore.
Singapore Flyer is the world’s largest flyer.
最高级用于三者或三者以上的的人、物进行比较。
形容词最高级前必须加定冠词the，但当形容词最高级前有物主代词、指示代词、名词所格等修饰时，前面不再用the 。副词的最高级前可以不用定冠the。
最高级的构成规则：
（1）单音节和少数双音节形容词变成最高级的一般变化规则
直接在词尾加-est
例：young→ youngest
以e结尾的加-st
例：nice→ nicest
闭音节单音节词如末尾只有一个辅音字母，须先双写这个辅音字母，再加-est。
例：big→ biggest
以辅音字母加y结尾，改y为i，再加-est。
例：easy→ easiest
（2）部分双音节或多音节形容词变最高级时，要在其
前面加most。
（3）常见不规则变化的形容词：
例：careful→ most careful
