一、that和if/ whether引导的宾语从句
宾语从句即在句中担任宾语的从句，属于复合句的范畴。
1. 宾语从句的三要素：
(1)连接词：常见的连接词有that, if/ whether,
what, who, which, why和 how 等。
(2)语序：宾语从句要用陈述句语序。
(3)时态：当主句谓语动词是一般现在时态时，
从句可用各种时态；当主句谓语动词
是一般过去时态时，从句应用对应的
时态。
【注意】当从句描述的是客观事实或真理时，不
管主句用什么时态，从句均用一般现在时。
2. 宾语从句中连接词的使用：
(1)当从句是陈述句时，用that引导，在非正式
文体中that也可省略。
例如：我肯定他能够到树上的苹果。
I’m sure (that) he can reach the
apples on the tree.
(2)当从句是一般疑问句时，连接词用if 或whether。
例如：我想知道明天是否有一场足球赛。
I wonder if there will be a football
game tomorrow.
3. if和whether在从句中的用法区别：
(1) if 和 whether作“是否”讲时，引导宾语从句
常放在know, ask, wonder, find out等词或短语
后，二者在大部分情况下可以互换。
(2) 介词后的宾语从句由whether引导，而不用if。
(3) 在不定式前或与or not连用时，用whether引导，
而不用if。
二、感叹句
感叹句是用来表示人的喜、怒、哀、乐等强烈感情的句子，句末通常用感叹号，也可用句号。
感叹句通常由what 或how引导。
用法：
What+(a/ an) +形容词+可数名词单数+主语+谓语！
