单元教材、学情分析
本单元是本册第三单元,学习的主题是饮食,属于复现旧话题,融合旧知识,带出新语言。教材图文并茂,内容丰富,与实际生活相结合,信息量充足,但难度大大降低,并且线索清晰,重难点突出,比较容易把握,同时兼具有科学性、教育性和趣味性等特点。
学生在三四年级已经学习了关于食物类的话题,能够用简单的英语句型表达自己的意愿。这就要求教师在活动上充分设计生活情境,调动学生的情绪,外加行之有效的多媒体教学手段和采用多样的教学方法,注重知识的反复操练,关注学困生,会获得不错的学习效果。绝大多数同学的听、说、读的能力较好,上英语课的积极性很高,教师应重点关注程度一般的学生,让他们很好地融入到学习中,使他们在有趣的课堂活动中感知语言。
学习效果评价标准:时间利用有效,按时完成学习任务,达到预期目标;大多数学生情绪高涨,思维活跃,积极参与教学活动;不同层次的学生都学有所得,最后表现出应用语言的能力;学生自主学习、自我管理的能力有所提高。
主要评价手段:教师评价、学生个体评价、小组群体评价。
第1课时
A Let’s try&Let’s talk
一、教学目标
1. 能够完成听录音填单词的活动。
2. 能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解对话大意。
3. 能够用正确的语音、语调朗读对话,并能进行角色表演。
4. 能够在情景中运用句型What would you like to eat/drink I’d like ... 询问并回答某人想要吃/喝什么。
5. 能够在语境中理解生词sandwich, drink, thirsty的意思,并能正确发音。
6. 能够运用句型What would you like to eat/drink I’d like ... 完成问答活动。
7. 了解在生活中,英美国家人士的交流常使用习语与俚语,中外对同一事物的认识往往有很大差别这样的文化差异。
二、教学重难点
重点:能够在情境中运用句型 What would you like to eat What would you like to drink I’d like ... 并能分角色表演对话。
难点:能够在实际生活情境中用本课重点句型询问并回答某人想要吃/喝什么。

四、教学过程
(一)Lead-in
1. 观看主情景图并回答问题,引出话题:饮食
2. Brainstorming: Read the words with pictures of food and drinks as quickly as possible.
3. 请学生使用句型I’d like some…谈论自己想要的食物,复习单词和句型
【设计意图】为开课营造轻松的氛围。通过脑风暴的形式复习关于食物的单词,为新的内容做好铺垫。
(二)Presentation
1. Let’s try:由食物的图片引出Sarah is hungry. What would she like to eat 完成听录音填单词的活动;由Sarah’s mum给的chicken sandwich,板书sandwich,并领读正音,拓展其复数。
2. Let’s talk
(1) 呈现Sarah爸爸下班回到家的图片,提出问题:Her father is hungry, too. What would Sarah’s father like to eat What would Sarah’s father like to drink (播放视频,呈现新课,找出问题的答案。)
(2) 呈现句子:He is ________. He would like to eat a sandwich.
He is ________. He would like to drink some water.由hungry引导学生理解thirsty,结合thirty领读正音。
(3) Practice:Chain Game接龙的形式操练What would you like
to eat/drink I'd like ...教师板书重点句型。
【设计意图】将对话中的重点句型进行反复操练,以游戏的练习方式,既能抓住学生的注意力同时又不失乐趣,以达到掌握的目的。
(4) 呈现完整对话,逐句跟读,强调重点句型,提示注意意群停顿及语音、语调;Role play:三人一组准备、练习、展示对话。
【设计意图】通过学生在小组内再次朗读对话,让学生从整体上再次回顾对话内容,引导学生在小组内的互相帮助,合作学习。语言学习需要在理解的基础上识别、记忆和尝试模仿,才能准确体会语言的内涵和所表达的感情。通过开展多种形式的语言交际性活动,让学生在真实的情境中理解新句型。
(三)Ask and answer
1. 呈现该活动中的食物和饮料图片,引导学生选择正确的句型提出并回答问题,四人一组,两两相互询问。
2. 提供各种Ask and answer中的各种食物和饮品单词作为语言支架,请学生同桌结对创编对话。
(四)Extension
Let’s guess:水果和蔬菜有益健康,但你知道它们还有另外的意思吗?大家猜猜看。
【设计意图】在生活中,英美国家人士的交流常使用习语与俚语,因此补充一些含有水果单词的习语与俚语,拓展了教材内容,有利于学生学习地道的英语,使学生知道理解这样的句子不能望文生义,中外对同一事物的认识往往有很大差别。
(五)Homework
1. Interview your family members or your friends about their
favourite food and write it down.
2. Share the result with your class and talk about it.
【设计意图】鼓励学生思考,运用所学语言。将课堂知识向课外延伸,培养学、用相结合的意识。
