一、教学目标
1. 能听、说、读、写下列词组。
wash my clothes, watch TV, do homework, read books, play football.
2. 能够正确使用下列句型询问并回答讨论关于周末活动的问题。
-Do you often ...on the weekend
-Yes, I do/ No, I don’t.
-What do you often do on the weekend
-I often...on the weekend.
3. 能够在情境中正确运用词汇和句型询问并回答关于周末活动的问题,并能在讨论周末活动的情境中正确运用单词和句型。
4. 提能够使学生注意合理安排周末活动。
二、教学重难点
重点:五个词组的听说读写,以及能在情境中正确运用词汇和句型询问并回答关于周末活动的问题。
难点:个别词组中单词的发音和拼写,比如watch, wash 两词发音和书写的区别以及“clothes”一词的拼写;能灵活运用所学句型讨论周末的活动。
三、教学准备
单词卡片,教学光盘和多媒体。
四、教学过程
(一)Warm up
1. 听音跟唱,教师播放歌曲“Days of the week”,轻轻松松进入英语学习氛围。
2. Say the words and say about today.
通过这两个活动呈现与本课有关的A部分的词汇和句型:课程;周一至周日词汇;I have...class on...
3. Free talk.
由自己的“今天”的过渡到课本人物。回顾B talk中张鹏周末的活动转移到本节课的文本人物。
T: Let’s say about today.
S: It’s sunny. I am happy. Today is Friday. I have...
T: Tomorrow is Saturday, we can stay at home. Zhang Peng often play football. So how about his friends
【设计意图:通过say the words and say about today 回顾旧知,并以小篇章的形式让学生将知识整合,随时输出,加强知识的整合性,并为新课做准备。通过Free talk自然过渡到本节文本的话题中。】
(二)Presentation
1. 引入文本情境。.
T: Amy and Chen Jie are talking about the activities on the weekend.What do you often do on the weekend
【设计意图:引入文本情境和词汇话题。】
2. PPT呈现词汇和句型。
(1) play football
由B talk 内容引出张鹏喜欢周末踢足球。引出词组 play football.
板书句型并领读。在讲授词组是关注字母组合pl-, -all的发音; foot +ball=football
(2) wash the clothes
T: Amy asks Chen Jie “Do you often…on the weekend And she says “ Yes, I do.” What does she do on the weekend It’s an activity about the clothes.
引出词组。
板书句型并领读。结合自然拼读法强调wash 以及clothes 的发音和拼写。
(3) read books
T&S: What do you often do on the weekend, Amy
师生齐问,强调本文重点句型。引出read books.
此词汇比较简单,着重突出books复数的存在。领读并板书。
(4) Now look at the boy . We can’t see his face. But do you know who is he
S: Mike . T: Let’s ask him together“What do you often do on the weekend ”引出watch TV.
(5) do homework
【设计意图:在情境中呈现核心句型与词汇,循序渐进的逐步引导学生利用核心句型进行问答,在单词呈现过程中渗透拼读教学,帮助学生加深立即和记忆。】
3. Listen and repeat.
听完整文本,然后再跟读。
【设计意图:学生有安静听文本的时间,才能更好的感受纯正地道的英语。】
4. Let’s do one by one.
学生按所给句型和图片接龙造句。
【设计意图:对学生及时评价,确保学生学到正确的发音。】
5. Games
Game 1: What’s missing

【设计意图:通过小游戏及时让学生巩固所学新知。】
6. Group work
Now our three friends are talking about the weekend together. You can join them.
【设计意图:将文本情境转为学生自己的生活语境,为下一输出环节 做准备。】
(三)Practice
1. 听音正音, 跟读模仿,角色扮演。
2. Pair work
根据所给句型和短语,小组二人角色扮演完成对话,并能表演。
【设计意图:训练学生能够正确使用短语,在模仿的情境中训练英语思维意识。】
3. Talk about our weekend
给出主要句型和词组,让学生自由三人进行创编对话,并展示。
【设计意图:通过本环节,学生可以自由组织语言,在给出的语言框架基础上创编对话,可以灵活运用本节课主要句型、词组以及以往与本节课有关的知识。旨在通过本环节,学生能够将本节课知识与以往知识进行整合。】
(四)Summary
利用思维导图回顾并总结本课所学。
