二、教学目标:
1、 知识目标:
(1)能听懂、会说、会读、会写单词often,always
(2)能听懂、会说、会读单词 a lot, come out, get out,
very popular, show us, lovely roses
(3)能准确的读字母s在单词中的两种发音.
2、能力目标:
(1)初步感知不同国家所盛行的体育运动,并了解不同文化风俗
(2)通过阅读,培养学生的阅读能力,快速找出所需信息。
(3)情感目标:培养学生积极的学习情感和良好的英语语感,养成好的生活习惯, 规划好周末活动.

能听懂、会读Cartoon time内容
正确有感情的朗读课文内容
掌握字母s在单词中的发音
能熟练运用所学句型…is very popular in China/ the US/UK描述各个国家所盛行的体育项目

Step1: Warm-up and revision.
(1)Greetings.
(2) I can say.
T:What do you often do at weekends
Ss:I often ···
(3) Animal friends’ plans for weekends
T: Bobby and Sam want to visit(拜访)Billy at weekends.
送Rose-引出Mr. Rose -He always(总是) grows some roses in his garden.
Step 2 Sound time
1. I can chant(用小星星的旋律唱给孩子听)
(1)Listen(sound time)感知s的发音。
Discuss:What does S say?
出示s / z /
2. I can read
(1)Can you read the words below
(2)Can you make a sentence with the words above?
3. Try to say more words.
(1)s / z / 学生先列举 归类
s / s /(对比)
T:Are they the same?(在学生列举单词的过程中帮助学生区别字母s在单词中的两种发音)
(2)出示一些单词,让学生朗读,感知。最后出示sports。
Step 3 Culture time
1.Let’s share.
(1)Do you like sports?你喜欢体育运动吗?
(2)Do you know any popular sports in China?
你知道在中国有哪些流行的体育运动吗?

(类似方式呈现英国和美国的流行运动)

Read cartoon time P74-75, complete the mind map.
先默读书P74-75 ,再小组合作,完成思维导图.

4.Learn to read
(1)出示第一幅图,T:Which season is it in the cartoon -板书spring
(2)T:追问What does Billy always do at home -板书 eats a lot
(3)T: 追问What food?(发散关于食物的词汇,说明高热量食物让人发胖)
(4) Mmm, nice!你能模仿Billy的语气读一读吗
Tip:2-3两幅图,也是同样方法处理(边说边板书)
(5)出示第四幅图,Does Billy like picnics? Why?
