① What are instructions
Instructions are the written information that tells readers how to do or use something. This type of writing is supposed to include enough details so that readers can follow easily.
② What are the procedures of instructions
Start with a brief introduction explaining what kind of unusual picture will be created.
List the things needed to make the picture. You can use a heading like “What you need”, “Things you need” or “Materials and tools”.
Give well-organized directions under the heading of “What to do”, “Procedures” or “Directions”. You can use numbers when listing the steps in order. Make sure to include key points and important warnings.

如何写指导性说明文
指导性说明文旨在为读者提供解决问题的方法及具体的操作步骤,是一种实用性很强的文体。这类写作的特点是:目的明确、步骤清晰、操作性强。在写指导性说明文时要注意以下几个方面:
(1)正确运用时态。说明文的时态常用一般现在时。
(2)突出写作重点。在写作时,要抓住写作对象的本质特征,做到“突出重点”。
(3)优化文章结构。可采用“总—分”“总—分—总”等结构以使文章层次分明、条理清晰。如在文章开头先对需要说明的对象作总体介绍,然后对解决问题的方法进行具体阐述。
(4)体现文体特点。说明文的语言要简洁、准确而且有逻辑性。在写作中可适当穿插一些祈使句、省略句等句式结构。

First aid for poisoning
Whenever you find someone poisoned, it's extremely vital to give first aid. Here are effective ways to save him or her.
To begin with, find out whether the person is conscious and can breathe. If so, check the mouth and get him or her to spit out the poison if there is any. If not, try to get him or her to breathe. Next, call for an ambulance and search for any pills or bottles that may contain the poison. Then send the person, together with what you find, to the hospital.
With the knowledge of first aid, you are able to save someone's life.
