(1)通过完成阅读活动,能够学会获取关键信息的阅读技巧能力;
(2)能掌握并运用本单元的重点内容,在阅读理解的基础上交流讨论,表达和分享个性化看法和想法,完成书写活动。
3.思维能力目标:
(1)通过在阅读过程中完成对应的任务,培养学生分析、归纳、逻辑推理思维能力。
(2)在写回信环节中综合运用所学的语言

学情分析:
1.学生特征:
本次授课的对象是小学五年级的学生。五年级学生的思维从具体形象思维逐渐向抽象逻辑思维发展,自尊心比中年级时较强,从喜欢表现逐渐过渡为不太敢表现自我,但有着强烈的好奇心,渴望与别人分享自己的生活经历。具有较强的自主探究、预测、推理、抓词和分析问题的能力,在观察能力、思维能力、语言表达能力方面有较好的提高。
2. 学生基础:
本课时是本单元中的第五课时读写课课型,经过前四个课时,学生已经对本单元的核心句型以及相关词汇词组有一定的掌握,能够简单描述自己或他人的技能。但是对语言表达方式以及对文本理解学生们仍需要各种阅读任务来培养掌握阅读技巧。
四、教学思路设计:
本节课选自PEP人教版五年级上册Unit4 What can you do Read and write第五课时。教师将利用学生感兴趣的话题robots为载体,激发学生了解robot的兴趣,引出阅读文本。在图片或情景的帮助下,在层层递进的提问与练习中,运用skeleton过程性文本重构进行预测---提取关键---判断---分析归纳---重构---创构等一系列学习行为,训练学生看图,听,说,认读的语言学习技能。通过解构、重构和创构进行有效的评价,培养学生运用语言的逻辑性、多样性、灵活性和创造性。在关注到语言综合应用的同时,提升学生应用性思维与创造性思维,聚焦思维,促进良好品格的逐步形成。

1、教学重点:利用所学知识介绍自己与他人能力;能够通过完成读后活动训练在语篇中捕捉信息和分析思考的能力。
2、教学难点:借助语言支架与情境,回信给Robin。

八、教学过程:Step 1: Pre-reading Warm upGreeting 日常交流引出主题。Brain storm结合图片和自我介绍,练习I can...或I can’t...通过Free Talk 了解交友的沟通方式,引出email。Good to know: 了解email 【设计意图】通过话题引出今天的主题,通过游戏Brain storm对一系列身边的活动技能图片的说与做,活跃课堂氛围,激发学生学习兴趣,让学生初步感知本课会出现的语言点和句型:I can.../I can’t...,利用学生感兴趣的话题 robots为载体,激发学生发散思维,激活学生对本课已有知识内存,为后面的Who can be my friend 语境而作的语篇埋下伏笔。阅读前通过观察图片预测,建立阅读兴趣,培养学生读图能力和观察能力。Step 2: While-reading1. First reading :Listen and answer )听读文本,捕捉关键信息。 【设计意图】利用课文录音,训练学生用耳朵学习语言的能力,帮助学生更好地进行朗读,加深对课文的理解和整体感悟。引导学生在完整的情境中感知语篇培养学生捕捉关键信息的阅读技巧能力。2. Second reading: Follow teacher and pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation 教师带读文本,学生跟读并且读顺、理解重点句、难句, 【设计意图】(1)教师指导学生朗读,教师引导学生注意句群的停顿与连音;并把难点句带读认读。(2)学生有感情地模仿朗读课文。Third reading: Read and judge the sentences 教师让学生细读文本,根据提示完成句子判断练习。 【设计意图】细读文本,找到关键词句,完成练习。在训练阅读策略和阅读技巧中,处理信息的能力,提高阅读技巧,发展学生的思维能力。Step 3: Post-reading1.Retell the email 【设计意图】梳理、处理文本内容,启发学生分析归纳思维。在阅读理解的基础上结合自身生活经验,了解交友信息。 2. Write and share 教师引导学生在情境中介绍自己,并进行展示。 教师提供回信样式,鼓励学生通过小组探讨,分析交友观念。【设计意图】通过提供的回信,建构学生正确的价值观,使之养成良好的交友观念;在关注到语言综合应用的同时,提升学生的分析思维、评价思维品质,提高学生的核心素养阅和读品格的逐步形成。3.Write an email to Ms Luo.【设计意图】通过学生写邮件给老师,树立学生们学习的自信心,同时把课堂知识迁移到生活的真实情景中,学以致用,学能运用。Step 4: Homework选做作业:把邮件发给Ms Luo必做作业:读书两次和背书。【设计意图】教师设计作业延伸补充课堂的发邮件部分,让学生根据自己能力选择作业。作业A是选做作业,鼓励学生把课堂的电子邮件发给老师;作业B是必做作业,读书并背书。

反思:
课堂在交友信息方式的讨论中推进,同学们十分clever,他们懂得很多交友方式,如写信,phone , QQ, Wechat, 发电子邮件等方式都知道,也能细致观察Robin 的不开心,更会猜测原因。可能是新老师新授课,一开始同学们很shy,不好意思举手,后来听到我说的chicken ice cream就兴致勃勃地你一言我一语。教学环节推进到给Robin 回信,“给学生多一份倾听,多一份等待,他们会有更多的收获。”确实,我在这一环节预计给学生讨论回应的时间比较少,如果把时间再拉长20到30秒,形式上学生先口头表达再执笔回信,这样“写”的形式就丰富起来,学生思考的时间也就多了,同时也锻炼了学生听英语的能力,写的难度也降低了,写的效果更加明显。
我也调整了一次回信的教学步骤和增加了说回信的形式,这样的教学链接确实更贴合五年级学生的水平。我对读写课型的课堂教学模式有了更深刻的了解和感悟。
