There are 365 days in a year. We spend eight hours sleeping a day, so we have 122 days for sleeping. Then there are 243 days left for our work. However, we cannot forget the fact that there are 52 weekends in a year. We have got two days on each weekend. Therefore, we lose another 104 days a year for work.
Each day, it takes us about one hour to have breakfast and supper. If we are able to calculate it, this will cost us 15 days over a year. But we cannot spend all of our time working. It is also important for us to take a break, which means we need travel, go shopping or play with our friends and family members. Let’s say we have three weeks’ holiday. We don’t work all day. Four free hours each evening takes up 61 days. We have to remember that we have got seven days’ holiday at Spring Festival, six days for Labor’s Day and Mid-autumn Day. We also have a seven-day holiday to spend the National Day.
