“短文填空”的考查方式是给出一段200词左右的短文,在短文中挖出10个空,要求考生通读短文,掌握大意,然后补全短文,每空一词,主要考查八大词类(名词、动词、形容词、副词、代词、介词、连词、冠词等)为主。
短文填空主要考查以下几个方面:
(1)对上下文的理解和把握;

短文填空是广东中考必考题型之一,分值15分,有一定难度。主要考查学生对短文上下文的理解能力,对单词、词组、句型的运用能力,对全文的逻辑推理能力,是对学生综合语言运用能力的全面考查。近几年的短文填空均选用了通俗易懂、熟悉地道的故事性语言材料,选材贴近生活,且具有教育意义,体现学科核心素养。重点考查名词、动词、形容词、连词,其中对名词及动词相关时态的灵活运用考查较多,且答案多样化。短文填空题对学生基本功要求较高,是学生失分较严重的题型。
(三)学情分析
授课对象是齐昌中学九(1)班的学生。经过两年的初中英语学习,九年级的学生已经掌握了一定的词汇和语法知识,具备了一定的语言综合运用能力。大部分学生仍然保持着对英语的学习热情和兴趣,但部分学生基础较薄弱,导致不自信、羞于表现。基于此,本课在重点讲解短文填空答题技巧和答题步骤下,创设了一个重阳节的真实情境,激发学生的学习兴趣,让他们在真实情境中操练相关的短文填空题,掌握解题技巧和方法,同时使学生进一步了解重阳节的节日内涵,增强他们对中国传统文化的热爱之情。
