do some shopping意为“购物，买东西”。
do the shopping, go shopping, buy sth.都可以表达这个意思。
相同结构的其他表达有：
do some cleaning 打扫卫生
do some reading 看书
shop作名词时，是“商店”的意思。
e.g.
I bought three pencils in the shop.
作动词时，是“购物，买东西”的意思。
e.g.
I shop at the supermarket every week.

need意为“需要”，在这里是实义动词，
后可接名词或动词不定式（to+动词原形）。

这是英语中“量”的表达法，一般分为两种：
①数词+容器+of

修饰不可数名词表示数量时，
名词复数形式体现在表示量的名词上。

陈述句形式是“That's all.”，
意为“就这么多。/就到这儿。”

so为代词，意为“这样，如此”，用来代替前面提到的内容;
如果答语是肯定的，就可以说“I think so.”;
如果答语是否定的，用“I don't think so.”。
so还可以作连词，表示“所以，因此”。

“Here you are.”在口语中常用于给别人递东西或给别人东西。
类似的用法还有“Here it is.”或“Here they are.”。
