Part A Let's learn & Make a map and talk
教学目标：
1.能够听、说、读、写单词：science museum、 post office、 bookstore、 cinema、 hospital。
2.能够听说认读句型“Where is the ... It’s next to the ... ”并能进行替换有关询问和回答位置的表达。
3.能够运用本节课的词汇进行巩固拓展练习。
4.培养学生乐于助人的良好品质；在活动中积极与他人合作，共同完成学习任务。
教学重难点：
1.掌握Let's learn部分的四会单词和短语。
2.掌握新句型，并能在一定的真实生活情境下运用。
教学准备：
课件、PPT、卡片。
教学过程：
一、Warm up
1.Greeting：师生互相问候。
2.Sing a song(出示课件)：Weekend
教师通过询问Do you have a happy weekend /What about your weekend 让学生自主回答，然后教师自然引入But I have a busy weekend.
【设计意图】通过回顾五年级学过的歌曲让学生更加快速的融入到新授知识当中来，这样引入更加自然。
二、Presentation and practice
1.出示本月挂历图片, 并说：I have a busy weekend!教师启发学生，并说：I will buy some books. Where can I go
2.出示书店图片，引出单词bookstore.（教师教授单词发音并朗读） 并出示句子 Go to the bookstore ,buy a book.
【设计意图】从真实的生活入手，启发引导学生猜想理解新授词汇。
3.教师拿出准备的科学类书引出学过单词science，自然引出museum图片及单词，Go to the science museum, have a look.引出science museum（教师教授单词发音并朗读）。
4.（1）出示关于Animals’ museum图片，引出一张关于动物电影的图片，并说：I want to see a film.
（2）出示电影院图片引出单词cinema（教师教授单词发音并朗读），出示句子Go to the cinema, see a film..
5.（1）根据cinema图片，师问：Where is the cinema？然后课件出示二者位置关系，引导学生回答：It’s near the bookstore.
（2）教师继续提问Where is the bookstore？ It’s near 引出邮局post office（教师教授单词发音并朗读）, 并出示句子Go to the post office, post a letter.
【设计意图】复习引入学过的句型Where is… 并引导学生运用所学词汇回答，这样更加自然。
6.出示一张孩子咳嗽的图片，教师提问：What’s wrong with him Where can he go 出示医院的图片，引出新单词hospital（教师教授单词发音并朗读）, 并说Go to the hospital, see a doctor.
7.游戏时间：What’s missing
游戏规则： post office，hospital，library，bookstore，science museum，cinema，zoo, park。课件出示打乱顺序的场所名词玩游戏，小组合作，看哪组说的又快又准确。
（教师要对表现好的小组和个人奖励小红花和贴纸）
【设计意图】利用游戏不仅能激发学生学习的兴趣，又能让学生在小组合作的过程中体验学习知识的乐趣。
10. Let’s guess:
（1）出示医院图片先让学生补充单词-Where is the＿＿ 然后猜一猜: -It’s near the ＿＿.
（2）各小组学生猜完之后出示书店图片公布答案,然后由此引出介词短语next to ，让各小组学生继续做Let’s guess:- Where is the＿＿ -It’s next to the ＿＿.(运用bookstore, post office, science museum, hospital, cinema进行反复练习)
11.学生跟读录音。学生打开课本，小组内读单词，并相互纠正发音。
12.Play a game: （传话游戏）
游戏规则：教师将全班分成几大组，发给每组第一名学生一张纸条，上面写有：“Where is the cinema It‘s next to the hospital.”等句子，各组纸条上的地点都不相同。学生依次将纸条上的话悄悄地传下去，请每组的最后一名学生大声说出他所听到的句子,完成之后举手示意老师。看哪个小组说句子最准确最迅速。
【设计意图】让学生在活动和游戏中巩固并运用本节课的新授单词短语及句型，更贴近于生活实际。
三、 Consolidation
1.学习Make a map and talk:
（1）通过课件出示社区地图，教师提出问题：There is a pet hospital in my city. Where is it 学生回答：It’s near∕next to…
（2）Group work:学生分小组合作，绘制本小组的社区地图，然后在小组里练习对话，再在全班表演。
四、Summary
1.归纳总结本节课所学重点词汇和句型。
2.教师问：Do you have any questions
