【教学内容】
Unit 6 My e-friend Sound time, Culture time & Cartoon time
【教学目标】
1.通过活动,进一步巩固一般现在时的一般疑问句及其回答,培养学生运用语言的能力。
2.能听懂、会说、准确的发字母w在单词中的读音。
3.了解中文和英文在信封上收信人和寄信人名字与地址写法顺序与位置的不同,从而明白中西方文化的差异。
4.通过整体阅读、细节品读、分享体验等方式理解并掌握故事。在阅读过程中体验到阅读的乐趣,喜爱阅读英语故事。
5. 培养学生学会乐于交朋友,主动与人交流。
【教学重点】
1.能听懂、会说、准确的发字母w在单词中的读音。
2.了解中西方书信地址的不同,了解中西方文化差异。
3.能正确理解、朗读卡通故事。
【教学难点】
通过阅读、模仿、拓展,学会写小短文介绍自己的网友。
【教学准备】
课件、教学光盘、卡片、头饰、作业纸。
【教学过程】
Step 1 Warming up
1.Greeting.
T: Hello,boys and girls. Nice to see you. Today, we’ll continue to learn Unit6 My e-friend.
Ss read the title together.
2. Show the teaching aims.
T: This class we’ll finish three aims. Let’s read them together.
I know how to write Chinese and English addresses .
I know the sound of the letter‘w’.
I can understand and act the cartoon.
Step 2 Revision and Presentation
1. Review the story time.
(1) Ask and answer(ppt呈现Peter的图片)
T: Who’s he
Ss: He’s Peter. He’s Wang Bing’s e-friend.
T: Where does he live
S1: He lives in the UK.
T: How old is he
S2: He is 11 years old.
T: What does he do after school
S3: He studies Chinese after school.
T: What subjects does he like
S4: He likes Maths and PE.
T: What does he like doing
S5: He likes playing football and swimming.
(2)Think and say
T: We know Peter well. Peter wants to make e-friends with me. If you were Peter, what questions will you ask me (ppt呈现教师图片)

2. Culture time.
(1)Look and find
T: You know I like making friends. We often write letters to each other. Look, here are the letters. Let’s look it carefully.
Ss: We write Chinese addresses like this. We write English addresses like this.
(2)Learn more.

3.Sound time

Ss: You can go skating/ make snowmen.
T: Yes. In winter, water turns to ice. We can skate. Do you like skating
T: In winter it’s very cold. What do we need
Ss: We need warm clothes and drink warm water.
(2)Listen, read and find
T: Listen to the chant, pay attention to the sound of “w”
