一、教学目标
1. 知识目标
(1)能听说认读单词“tiger, elephant, , monkey, bird, panda ,zoo”。
(2)能听懂指令,并根据指令做相应的动作。
2. 能力目标
(1)能在实际生活中运用英语表达熟悉和喜爱的动物。
(2)培养学生根据情景正确运用语言的能力。
3. 情感态度目标
(1)在活动中培养学生的协作精神。
(2)培养学生认真、积极、大胆的学习态度。
(3)培养学生爱护和保护动物的情感。
二、教学重难点
单词的正确发音与在实际生活中的运用。
三、课前准备
有关教学课件,动物头饰,录音机等。
四、教学过程:
Step1 Preparation:
1、课前欣赏歌曲“Old MacDonald ”
Boys and girls, I like songs. Do you like songs Now Let’s enjoy the song “Old MacDonald ”
2、Free talk
eg;
a. T: Good morning,boys and girls. ---- S:Good morning,,Miss zhao .
T:Nice to meet you . s: Nice to meet you too.
b. ---- Hello, Xiaoling. How are you
---- I'm fine, thank you. How are you
---- Very well, thank you. ……
3、示图片,生认读,复习学过的动物单词。
I have some animals,can you read them
Step1 Presentation:
创设情景,导入新课。
boys and girls.Let's go to the zoo today. The animals are having a Party today. They are all very happy. Now the band is coming. Can you tell me who they are in the band (同学们,大家看,今天动物园里的动物们正在开一个晚会,他们都高兴极了,现在,乐队走过来了,你们看到他们都是谁吗?)课件的形式出现,让学生进行回答。
1. 教学tiger.
1)T: Who is the first 。示图片引入tiger 学习。在句型What’s that It’s a tiger中操练。
2)示动作Act like a tiger.
2、教学panda
出示课件。
T: Look, it's a lovely animal. Its eyes are black and its body is white. Guess,Who is it (示图片的一部分,生猜引出panda)
1)出示卡片,领读,进行音标渗透。然后说:Hello! My name is Panda. Nice to meet you.(引导学生用所学问候语向熊猫打招呼。)
2)在What’s that It’s a panda. Act like a panda.中操练。
3、教学monkey.
1)通过让生摸袋子里的动物引出monkey.
Who want to come here and touch it ,guess ,What animal it is
2)同法操练。
4、教学bird.
1)听鸟叫的声音,引入bird 的教学。
2) 同法操练。
5、教学elephant.
1)示大象的一部分,Guess , What animals it is
2) 示an elephant.让生了解一下 a 与 an 的不同用法。
6、教学zoo.
示动物园的场景,so many animals are in the zoo. The animals are having a Party today. They are all very happy. 教学zoo.
7、Listen to the tape and read after it.(让学生看图片和单词,听音跟读,练习正确的语音,对单词又有了更进一步的了解)
8、Read after me.(看词卡领读)
Step3.Practice:
1、Read in your groups.(在小组内互相帮助,看词卡认读,师检查)
2、看口型猜单词。(比赛猜单词)
3、What’s missing (让生比赛猜哪个单词丢失了?)
4、 Let’s do .
Step 4 production:
让学生拿出准备好的动物图片或头饰,扮演自己喜爱的动物。
Eg:
S1: Hello, I’m a bird , What’s your name
S2: My name’s panda. How are you
S1:I’m fine, thank you. Nice to meet you.
S2: Nice to meet you.
……
(设计意图:小学生都非常喜爱小动物,每位学生最喜爱的动物也不同,针对这一生活实际,通过学生戴上自己最喜爱的头饰,介绍自己,提高了学单词的趣味性,使每位学生都跃跃欲“说”,即能寓教于乐。)

(动物是我们的朋友,我们应该爱我们的朋友,保护我们的朋友。)
3、Homework:
1) 、Listen to the tape and read after it.(听录音跟读)。
2)、Act the animals in your groups.(小组内相互表演所学所有动物。)
