Step 1 Warm up and review
1 Free talk
①T：Good morning, boys and girls! I am Wang Xia!
②问学生： What’s your name
问起他学生：Who’s he 提问4个学生，学生回答之后，老师重复学生答案：“She’s...He’s...”
2 Review
①T: Now, you know me, and I know you, we are friends! Do you still remember what they talk about
②出示课文4幅配图，学生选择复述story time部分

T：Now, you are all Mike. Who’s he
S: He’s my uncle

T： Now, you are all Yang Ling （递头饰）
S：She’s my aunt (贴She’s...板书）
相继出示配图3,4
T：wow, your friends could be very happy, because you remember everything about them.

学生看到单词或者词组就大声读书来。
Step 2 Fun time
1 通过Family tree 教授man,woman,baby及相关问法
2 出示big family
邀请两名学生上台问问题，学生可以根据黑板上的句子来做参考。
3 Fun time
① ss show their own family tree. Work in pairs to talk about it.

Invite two groups of ss to come to the front of the blackboard and show their family trees.

创设情景
It's a sunny day today. Sam invites Bobby and Tina to visit his home.Bobby comes Sam’s home now. But Tina is late.

2. Read and answer
Who are they What are their names

T:Who’s he/ he/ he？ （S：John, john, john）
T；指着Sam:Is he John,too (S:No, he is Sam)
出示最后一幅图及录音
Ss listen to the tape and answer：
T: Is Sam happy？
3. There are 3 johns in Sam’s family! Why Can you say in Chinese You can discuss in groups!
Invite ss to answer the question and present the tip for them
T；In Western countries, the parents give the baby a name from their friends or relatives, to memorize the love to them!
I prepare an example for them:
A cute little girl, she is the little princess in Briton, Charlote Elizabeth Diana.
A charming lady, she is Catherine Elizabeth Middleton, the mother.
A pretty women, she is Diana Frances, the grandma.
A charming old lady, Elizabeth II, she is the Great grandma.
T: can you find something about these names
If ss could not find it, I will present it for them.
4. Watch the cartoon and answer
What are their relationships with Sam Let’s watch again！
Check the answers.
5. 跟读课文：跟读录音-两人分角色-齐读-配音-表演
