double / d bl/ v. 加倍;是……的两倍 adj. 两倍的;加倍的
(1) double在此处为不及物动词,意为“加倍;是……的两倍”。它还可作及物动词,其后可直接跟宾语。

【拓展】double作形容词,还可意为“双人用的;双重的”。

shall / l, l/ modal v. 将要;将会
shall是情态动词,在此处意为“将要;将会”,不能单独作谓语,后接动词原形,通常与第一人称连用。其过去式为should。

“Shall we… ” 用于表示建议并征求对方意见。
