Every morning, I will spend half an hour running with her. And in the evening, I will play ping-pong with her after dinner.
I told my plan to the doctor online. He said it would be very good for my mother. I’ll talk about it with my mother tonight. I believe she will agree.

Anger is a kind of feeling. Many things can make you angry. When your teacher gives you too much homework, when your team loses an important game, when a friend borrows your favorite thing and then breaks it, you may get really angry.
Usually, your body will tell you when you are angry. For example, you breathe faster, your face turns red, and you may want to break something or hit someone, but sometimes, you hide your anger. For example, you may hide it in your heart. The problem is that if you do this, you may get a headache or your stomach may hurt.
In fact, it's not good to hide your anger, and it's normal for you to get angry sometimes. But anger must be let out in the right way, without hurting others or yourself. When you get angry, you can talk about it with other people. It's helpful to talk about your anger with an adult, such as parents, a teacher, etc.
When you talk about anger, those bad feelings can start to go away. Here are some other things you can do when you start to feel angry: talk to a good friend; count from 1 to 100; give someone a hug; go for a bike ride; think about good things, etc.
Remember that how you act when you are angry can make everything better or worse. Don't let your anger control you.

“I’ve told my daughters many times that I don’t want them to choose a name,” the mother said. “I don’t want them to think, ‘Oh, I should go to these top schools.’ We live in a country with hundreds of excellent universities. So the first question is: what’s going to work for me ”
“When it was time to prepare for picking schools, nobody around me believed I could get into Xiamen University. But through hard work I finally made it,” she continued. “So, my second piece of advice is: believe in yourself, no matter what other people might say. Once your goal is set, you only need to try your best to make it come true.”

Even in early time, people could realize the important of dreams and knew that dreams gave meaning to life. Every great achievement has been the result of years of dreaming. If a person has a dream and holds fast to it, he or she will find a way to bring it into reality (现实).
Children do not have much experience or knowledge. However, they are natural dreamers. We should not laugh at them for being naive. Many great men were dreamers when they were children. Teenagers and young people should also be encouraged to dream. The world is full of successful teenagers and young people. They dreamed big and their dreams changed their lives and even the world. Steve Jobs and Bill Gates are the good examples. They have developed technology and brought great progress to human besides making money for themselves.
Older people should believe that it is never too late to dream and that human mind is never too old to make dreams turn into reality. Colonel Saunders realized his dreams at the age of 67 and set up the biggest fried chicken company (KFC) in the world.
To dream is a wonderful ability which can lead to wonderful results. Olympic records were broken by players who were brave enough to dream. No one is too young or too old to dream and to make dreams come true.
( )72.Young people should be encouraged to dream because ______.
A. their dreams are natural B. they are greater than everyone else
C. they have much knowledge D. their dreams might change the world

When my family moved to America in 2010 from a small village in Guangdong, China, we brought not only our luggage, but also our village rules, customs and culture. 76 Unluckily, this rule led to my very first embarrassment(尴尬) in the United States.
I had a part-time job as a waiter in a Chinese restaurant. One time, when I was serving food to a middle-aged couple, the wife asked me how the food could be served so quickly. I told her that I made sure they got their food quickly because I always respect(尊敬) elderly. 77 My manager, who happened to hear what I said, took me aside and gave me a long lecture about how sensitive(敏感) Americans are and how they dislike the description “old”. I then walked back to the table and apologized(道歉) to the wife. 78 Then they laughed and were no longer angry.
In my village in China, people are proud of being old. Young people always respect older people because they know they can learn from their rich experience. However, in the United States, people think “growing old” is a problem since “old” shows that a person is going to retire(退休) or that the body is not working well. 79 And women put on makeup, hoping to look young.
80 It’s not that I don’t respect them any more. I still respect them, but now I don’t show my feeling through words.
A.As soon as I said that, her face showed great displeasure.
B.One of the rules is that young people should always respect elders.
C.The old people don’t like exercise in America.
D.After that, I changed the way I had been with old people.
E.Here many people try to keep themselves away from growing old by doing exercise
or jogging.
F.When they heard my words, they were very happy.
G.After the couple heard my reason, they understood that the problem was caused by
cultural differences.
