Unit 6 Meet my family
【概 述】
本课是PEP教材四年级上册Unit6 Meet my family本单元一共6课时,本课为第4课时
【设计理念】
以言语交际为中心,借助现代信息技术,努力为学生创设理想的英语学习环境,渗透任务型教学,能让学生把所学的内容联系实际,在生活中运用,提供丰富的网络资源,倡导体验、实践、参与、交流与合作的学习方式。
【教学目标】
1.能够听、说、认读五个有关职业的单词“doctor, cook, driver, farmer, nurse”
2.能够在语境中正确运用这五个单词
3.能够在活动中模仿这五个职业的标志性动作,并用所学句型“—What’s his/her job —He’s/She’s a/an…”正确询问并回答所模拟的职业
【教学重点】
1.能够听、说、认读并正确运用单词“doctor, cook, driver, farmer, nurse”。
2.能够灵活运用句型“—What’s his/her job —He’s/She’s a/an…”
【教学难点】
能够正确询问并回答家人的职业。
教具准备:
1.英语资源。2. PPT课件。
【教学过程】
Step 1.热身(Warm up)
Enjoy a song: I love my family.
Game time:点击人物,大声读出单词,家人就能坐上公交车车。

(设计意图:通过歌曲和游戏的方式复习上节课的内容,为接下来的新授降低难度。)
Step2.新课展示(Presentation)
Lead in:谈话导入,你们的理想是什么?依次出示许多职业图片,让学生说说自己的理想。说完之后,紧接着问你们知道还有其它的职业吗?
开始学习职业单词
出示医院和医生的图片:This is my father.He is a doctor.学习 doctor。出示护士图片:his is my mother.She is a nurse.学习nurse
出示司机图片:发问What’s your father’s job He is a driver.

5.出示厨师图片:发问What’s your uncle’s job He is a cook.学习cook
6.出示农民图片:My grandfather is a farmer.学习farmer。
播放动画,模仿语音语调。
展示本课重点句型
Play roles:在语境中操练单词和句型

Game 2: “What’s missing ”继续巩固单词

课后反思:
1. 本课主要是学习五个表示职业的单词和询问某人职业的句型及其回答。教学新课前,用歌曲和对话的方式帮助学生复习了上节课所学的知识,为后面的授课做了铺垫。
2. 结合课件和师生互动,复习旧知并导入新课,将新授单词融入到句型教学中,利用图片引入单词,灵活操练,并在学习新词的基础上进行句型操练。
3. 通过“I point, you say.”“What’s missing ”游戏,将单词的拼写、读音和词义进行匹配操练。通过“看单词创编对话”的活动将单词和核心句型穿插融合,灵活操练。一系列活动过程由易到难,趣味性强。
4. 运用TPR活动完成Let’s play的教学,加强了学生对新知识的掌握。在小组中完成调查表格,进一步加深了学生对单词和句型的理解与运用。
