I'm sorry to hear you are addicted to the social media. I'd like to share with you my ideas about it.
First, I can fully understand your feeling. However, to overcome the addiction, you should cut back on your time spent on devices like computers or mobile phones. Only in this way can you spare time to access other forms of entertainment like wandering with a friend. Besides, time arrangement is also very important. It's necessary to divide your time into various periods for different activities and don't be glued to one specific thing all the time. Social activities can also help you get out of your bad moods.

Make good use of your mobile phone
The mobile phone has become a part of people's life. Some of my classmates think it is essential in our life. Without it, we can't access the outside world or contact friends easily. Others assume mobile phones always bring up problems like the Internet addiction．
In terms of my opinion, mobile phones, obviously, do good to us. Never have we imagined just one click can enable us to enjoy the convenience brought by frontiers of technology. E-commerce and WeChat are good examples. However, drawbacks like being glued to mobile phones and negative or misled information shouldn't be ignored.
I think we should make use of mobile phones wisely and try to make mobile phones a friend and an assistant of us.
