一、教学目标
(1)能够听、说、认读单词和短语:get together, moon cake, poem, Mid-Autumn Festival
(2)能够通过阅读问题训练在语篇中捕捉类型的信息和思考的能力。
(3)能够口头描述自己家庭成员在中秋节的活动,并写出一篇相关日记。
(4)能够根据例词提示在文段中找到更多双音节词或多音节单词,知道重音位置并能正确朗读出来。.

四、教学过程
(一)Warm up
1. Greeting
2. Ask and answer问答操练,复习和巩固be going to句型,开展会话练习。
(二)Lead in
T: Here are some pictures for some holidays. What holidays are they Do you know their English name (课件呈现劳动节、儿童节、妇女节的图片,学生说出名称)
(三)Presentation
1. 阅读前
(1)课件呈现本课三幅插图。What holidays are these Do you know
(2)教读National Day, Spring Festival, Christmas,齐读。
(3)小组讨论What do we often to on these holidays 指名说,教师讲解。
(4)总结不同节日的共同点。
family get together(板书get together,带读,指名读,齐读)
(5)课件呈现中秋节的图片。引导学生说出,板书Mid-Autumn Festival,教读,齐读。
共同讨论节日,激活相关背景知识和储备词汇。
2. 阅读中
(1)第一次阅读
快速阅读课文,用横线画出吴一凡日记中提到的家人,用曲线画出他们进行的活动。
(2)第二次阅读
(1)细读课文,填表格。

(2)小组讨论表格内容。
(3)指组汇报。
学生在汇报的过程中,适时的教学mooncake, poem。
(3)第三次阅读
播放录音,学生跟读,模仿录音中的停顿、录音和语调。
(4)两人一组互相讨论自己在中秋节会做些什么,然后完成书写活动。
3. 阅读后
(1) 播放Listen, clap and repeat录音,学生跟读,感知重音的位置。
(2) 教师带领学生边读边用手在桌子上打节拍。
(3) 在文段中找出更多的双音节单词或多音节单词,学生边读边打节拍。
(4)课件呈现文段中的藏头诗。
a. 学生朗读藏头诗。
b. 教师简单介绍藏头诗的特点。
(四)Practice
仿照课文,画一画、写一写自己的节日计划。
设计意图:训练学生的书面表达能力。
(五) Summary
