的规则变化。
1 一般在词尾直接加er/est: tall—taller—tallest
2 以e 结尾的单词去e加er/est: wide—wider—widest
3 以辅音字母加y结尾的单词，把y改成i, 再加er/est:

4 以重读闭音节结尾，且末尾只有一个辅音字母的单
词，双写末尾的辅音字母，再加er/est :
