Unit6 How do you feel
单元教学目标:
1. 能够听、说、读、写句型: How do you feel The mice are afraid of the cat. The cat is angry with them. He should see a doctor. Don’t be angry.
2. 能够在情境中运用句型:The mice are afraid of the cat. The cat is angry with them. 等,简单表达相关情绪和心理状态;
能够用What should ...do 寻求解决问题的方法;
能够用How does ...feel 询问他人情绪和心理状态;
能够用...should...Don’t ...等句子疏导情绪或者给出建议
3. 能够听、说、读、写单词和词组:feel, sad, angry, happy, worried, afraid, wrong, ill,see the doctor,do more exercise,wear warm clothes,take a deep breath,count to ten等。
4. 能够正确使用上述单词和词组,简单表达自己、他人或动物各种情绪和心理状态,并对疏导他人情绪提出建议。
5. 能够理解蚂蚁与罗宾相互帮助的故事,能够按照正确的意群及语音、语调朗读故事,并运用本单元所学核心句型复述故事,同时能够根据阅读所获信息。写出故事梗概,并获得相应情感体会。
6. 能够知道英语句子中单词之间失去爆破的现象。
单元教材、学情分析:
本单元学习的主题是表达情绪、心理状态和对情绪疏导提出建议。课程容量不大,但是给老师提出了更高的要求,如何利用背景、图片等隐性的材料,让学生有更多的语言输出和语言实践机会,如何鼓励学生在现有语言支架的支撑下有自我创造的成果,是我们需要思考的问题。六年级英语在小学英语教学中起着承上启下的作用,既是五年级的延伸又是初中一年级的铺垫。我们的学生已有三年的英语学习经验,他们已经形成了一定的认知能力,能有秩序地参与课堂的活动,具有一定的自主学习和语言综合运用能力。
第1课时
A Let’s try&Let’s talk
1、教学目标
1. 能够读懂题目要求、学会听前预测听力内容。
2. 能够理解对话大意,用正确的意群、语音及语调朗读对话。
3. 能够在情景中用 sb. + be +情绪形容词 句型表达心情和感受。
4. 能够学会对话中包含的语言知识点。
2、教学重难点
重点:对话朗读、核心句型在情景的中运用。
难点:chases、 be afraid of、 be angry with 等词语的读和使用。

四、教学过程
(一)Let’s try
1. free talk 出示let’s talk挂图,问 Who are they What’s the weather like outside Can you guess where are they
2. 读题,做好听音准备
3. 听音,完成题目,并订正答案。
(二)Let’s talk
1. Lead-in由let’s try第二题答案引出,Can you guess What film will they watch
2. 播放动画视频后提出问题:What does the cat do
Free talk: What do a cat usually do And why
3. 再次播放视频,从原文中找出相关语句。He chases the mice. The mice are bad.They hurt people.利用图片讲解chase、mice和hurt这三个词。
4. How do the mice feel?How does the cat feel 提出这两个问题,并在幻灯片出示 happy、worried、angry等情绪形容词(配图片),引导学生回答:They are afraid of him. The cat is angry with them . 举例体会 be afraid of,be angry with 的用法。
5. 根据板书进行回顾,并最后出示挂图图片,解释Maybe our cat is chasing a mouse now.
6. 跟读对话,正音纠音。
7. 角色扮演:学生和音频对话、男生女生对话等形式。
8. 文本重构,将教材中的核心句型和词汇挖空,学生进行对话朗读展示。
9. 出示对话下面三幅图画,问 how does the picture make you feel 接下来做一个free talk: What will you do then
(三)总结Summary
询问学生本节课收获,并对应教学目标检测学生掌握情况。
(四)作业Homework设计不同层次作业,学生选做。
1. Read the text with your partner
2. Retell the story to your parents.
