Experts have long debated the best diet for health. They believe that it's not just what we eat that's important for good health but when we eat. When our diet pattern matches the biological clock well, our body can work at its best. Breaking the rule—by eating late meals or having night snacks—could lead to weight gain and metabolic (新陈代谢) trouble.
Many people, however, eat from roughly the time when they wake up until shortly before they go to bed. Studies show that the average person starts with something like milk and coffee shortly after rising and ends with a glass of wine, a late-night meal or a handful of chips, nuts or some other snacks shortly before bed. That pattern of eating is against our biological rule.
Scientists have long known that the human body has a master clock in the brain, which controls our sleep-wake cycles in response to bright light exposure (暴露). A couple of decades ago, researchers discovered that there is not just one clock in the body but a collection of them. Every organ has a clock that controls its daily cycle of activities. Studies show that in every organ, thousands of genes (基因) are turned on and turned off at roughly the same time every day.
We've lived on this planet for thousands of years, and while many things have changed, there has always been one unchanged: Every single day the sun rises and at night it falls. We're designed to have 24-hour patterns in our body. These patterns exist because, just like our brains need to go to sleep each night to repair and reset themselves, every organ needs to have time to repair and reset itself as well.
28. What should we do according to paragraph 1
A. Have early meals for the night. B. Try to lose weight.
C. Have a low-fat and low-sugar diet. D. Don't eat too much.
29. What is the main idea of the second paragraph
A. People's healthy eating habits.
B. People's preference for a balanced diet.
C. Lifestyle of an ordinary busy person.
D. Eating Behaviors against the biological clock.
30. What do we know about the clocks in our body
A. They are in our brains.
B. They are influenced by what we eat.
C. They control activities of each organ.
D. One clock control the other clocks.
31. What is the best title of the text
A. Select the Best Diet Habit
B. Obey the Biological Clock Rules
C. Reset the Clocks in Your Body
D. Be Careful of Your Eating

The China International Search and Rescue Team (CISAR) was formed in 2001 and is now made up of several hundred rescue workers and about 20 police dogs. The team brings help and hope to those whose lives are changed by a storm, flood, earthquake, or any other natural disasters.
After long and careful training, the team went on its first international rescue tasks in 2003. That year, the Chinese team helped save lives after earthquakes in Algeria and Iran. It was the first time that a Chinese team had worked outside China whose members won high praise for bravery and skill.
Since then, the CISAR has completed many tasks. The list of people to whom help has been given is long. The team treated more than 3,000 people who were wounded in the 2006 earthquake in Indonesia, helped 2,500 wounded people after the earthquake that hit Haiti in 2010, and spent several months giving aid to over 25,000 people suffering from the 2010 floods in Pakistan. On April 26, 2015, a group of 62 people from CISAR went to Nepal after the 8.1 magnitude earthquake that happened there.
Rescue workers are trained to find people, treat wounds, and hand out food, water, and other supplies. They have to be able to do work that is difficult under conditions which can be very dangerous. After a disaster, there is usually no electricity or water, and there may be diseases and other dangers. Rescue workers get to save lives, but they must also bury the dead. That means they have to be strong in both body and mind.
Rescue workers must have big hearts, too. It takes a lot of love and courage to risk one's own life to save someone else's. The members of the CISAR have plenty of both and are always ready to go wherever help is needed.
32. What is the function of the numbers in Paragraph 3
A. To advertise for the CISAR.
B. To praise Recue Workers' contributions.
C. To add some basic information.
D. To stress the dangers Rescue Workers face.
33. What is the author's attitude towards Rescue Workers
A. Hopeful. B. Curious. C. Respectful. D. Supportive.
34. What are the last two paragraphs mainly about
A. The qualities rescue workers must own.
B. The duty rescue workers must perform.
C. The difficulties rescue workers must go through.
D. The willingness rescue workers should require.
35. What may be the best title of the passage
A. How to train CISAR B. China to the Rescue
C. Welcome to CISAR D. Rescue on request

Camping Tips
Camping offers the quietness of escape. 36 Because exercise and the beauty of nature can help people relax from their busy life.
Whether you're in the woods, in the desert, or climbing mountains, you'll want to keep some survival skills in mind to make sure of a safe trip. 37 Different terrains (地势) carry different challenges. For example, putting up a tent on sand is very different from setting it up on land, and if you don't have the right equipment, you could find yourself sleeping under the stars on a windy beach.
38 For example, everything from poisonous (有毒的) plants to dangerous wildlife. As you plan your trip, ask an outdoors expert at your local sporting goods store for advice, go online to research where you'll be going, or find some books in the library.
A day or so before you leave, check local weather forecasts, so you won't end up in the path of a hurricane, flooding or other natural disasters. 39 Besides, it will also help you know whether to give up the area.
If you hike to your campsite, practise walking with your fully packed backpack to get an idea of how the pack fits. This helps to prevent the case when you are too tired to walk with it. It's also a good idea to practice walking in the shoes you'll be wearing.
40 If you're hiking in far areas with no dustbins, you'll need to carry out your rubbish and other things. Make this easier by packing as lightly as you can.
A.You'll also need to be prepared for any possible dangers.
B.Taking enough money with you is necessary.
C.Remembering a hiking trip will bring you much pleasure.
D.Know the camping environment.
E. If it's combined with (与……结合) the exercise of a hiking trip, it's good for body and mind.
F. And remember that saying “Take only pictures. Leave only footprints”.
G. Knowing the weather will help you find out how you can prepare.
