【设计意图：紧扣主题，用学生熟悉的话题作为预设教学目标的情境载体导入，创造生动活泼有趣的课堂氛围，激活学生已有的知识和经验，引出话题】
Step 2 During writing
Planning your writing
Major points.
(1)书面通知较之口头通知所使用的句式要复杂些。书面通知可以将若干的信息通过一个句子表达出来，而口头通知则可以分为几个句子表达。
例：请准时到会。
口头：Be sure not to be late.
书面：Everyone is required to be present on time.
(2)通知的语言要简明，条理清晰，要求明确，特别是时间概念很重要，必须写得十分明确，不容丝毫含糊。
(3)通知是要告诉大家即将进行的活动，因此其主要时态是一般将来时。
(4)为避免命令之嫌，通知中常采用被动语态或“please＋祈使句”表示要求。
如：All teachers are required to meet in the school meeting room at 4 pm on Friday to celebrate Teachers' Day.
Please be there on time.
2.Learning about the language

假定你是某国际学校的学生，最近你参与创办了一个传统中国画社团，正打算向全校招募成员，请你以社团的名义写一则招募启事，内容如下：
1.启事目的；
2.加入社团的好处；
3.如何加入。
注意：
1. 写作词数应为100左右；
2. 请按如下格式在答题卡的相应位置作答。
第一段开门见山——介绍活动
第二段说明详情——陈述细节
第三段首尾呼应——邀请参加

1. T leads the students to check their writing after they finish and exchange drafts between partners, focusing on the following aspects:

3. T leads the students to work in groups, choose the best writing and present it to the whole class.

1. Review what’s been learnt in class.
2. Write a notice.
