Language points
1. Welcome back to school, everyone.
welcome to...
welcome to ...
e.g. welcome to Beijing!
e.g. welcome home!
2. First of all, come and look in the lost and found box!
first of all 首先;第一
e.g. First of all, let me introduce my friend Lily to you.
lost and found box
find & lose
e.g. I find an eraser on my desk.
e.g. People often lose things when they're travelling or when they're in a hurry.
find & look for 辨析
e.g. I’m looking for my watch, but can’t find it.
3. Look at this nice watch.
watch n.
e.g. The man likes collecting watches.
e.g. We are watching TV .
辨析watch, look, see 与 read
watch
4. —Whose gloves are they (教材P2)
—They are mine.
我的······ mine = my + n.
你的······ yours = your + n.
他的······ his = his + n.
她的······ hers = her + n.
它的······ its = its + n.
我们的······ ours = our + n.
你们的······ yours = your + n.
他们的······ theirs = their + n.
