三、最近高一年级组组织了一次英语演讲比赛活动,学生积极性很高,但也存在一些问题,
比如,在语篇结构的把握上未能体现出合理的框架;信息的解读、组织和拓展能力弱;
学生知识面狭窄;部分学生对演讲比赛的技能掌握不是很好,如语音语调应急策略等。这就启示教师在以后的教学设计中需要在如下方面做一些努力:
在教学设计中,首先就要以提高学生英语综合能力为出发点,教学过程中教师要正确认识和处理好语言知识的传授和基本技能的培养之间的关系, 在传授语言知识的同时, 努力加强学生的基本技能训练, 实现两者之间的良性互补, 确保教学目的―交际能力的最终实现。 协调处理好教学中的语言能力和交际能力,教师应该懂得传授语言知识直接作用于语言能力的培养,语言能力的优劣作用于交际能力的优劣。因此, 要实现培养交际能力这一终极目标,
首先必须加强学生听、说、读、写等方面技能的培养。在交际能力的培养上教师应该改革以往的传统教学方法,在课堂教学中,应做到“ 精讲多练、讲练结合、以练为主” ,积极开展口笔头操练,为学生创造实际运用英语进行交际的机会,使学生位得一定的交际原则。 其次我们可以联系班级学生生活实际,合理创设情景,在整合英语课程内容的基础上科学创设英语情境,可以增加开放性的任务活动(英语教学中的任务是指有利于学生用英语做事情的各种语言实践活动),发挥具体化情境功能作用,顺利激起学生求知欲、探索欲,主动参与到英语课堂中,高效培养语言能力。最后我们要强化教学实践,为学生构建多样化实践平台,使其在理论、实践相互作用下不断增强自主 学习意识,提升学习能力与效率,高层次培养英语核心素养。
