Step 2 Sound time
1. Review
T: I like Spring Festival, because my family are going to have a big dinner together. We can cook delicious food. Look at the picture, he is a cook. What’s this
S: A cookbook/book.
T: You’re right. He is looking at a book. The cook is looking at a cookbook.
(教师邀请学生朗读The cook is looking at a cookbook.,看谁读得最好。)
2. Read with rhyme
T: Can you find the rule (“oo” pronounce / u /)
Please read with rhyme together.
【设计意图:由cook为线索,通过任务引出复习内容Sound time,通过听读、跟读chant,让学生加深oo在这里的读音。】
Step 3 Cartoon time
1. Lead in
T: Cooks cook nice food in the restaurant,so does Bobby’s mum. Look at the picture, what is Bobby’s mum cooking Let’s watch cartoon and find.(用PPT呈现一张图片的一部分)
2. Watch cartoon
Answer questions:

3. Read and complete
T: Read cartoon time loudly and complete the table.
4. Read after the tape
Encourage students read after the tape and imitate the pronounciation.

T: Now discuss in groups and try to act it.

说课
设计本堂课时,主要有以下一些侧重点:
会话导入,引出主线。通过关于节日的日常对话,引出主题。通过chant复习既引发了学生兴趣,又引出了cook这一课堂学习的主线。
复习探究,适当拓展。以cook为引,通过任务复习Sound time的内容,让学生跟读chant练习,提高学生的语音意识。
设问引题,以演增趣。由提问引出Cartoon time的内容,通过小组间的讨论、师生问答、填表格等方式让学生理解课文内容,并通过表演既让学生关注到语音语调和情感的表现,更让学生能感悟到课文内容的趣味性。
由学到用,提高能力。写邮件的形式既帮助学生注意到了书写格式又检测了学生对be going to表一般将来时的掌握程度,又为学生的自主讨论和写作提供了支架,为学生的写作做好铺垫,更有利于学生的自主表现。
