talk with 指两个人交谈, 是指谈话的双方有交流（相对来讲）。

talk to 一般指一个人对另一个人说，要表达的是某人在说， 对方一直在“听”的状态，当然有时也有交流，但主要侧重于一个人说，另一个人听。

我想跟他谈谈那件事。

2. You can ask family members to choose some photos from their collections. 你可以让家人从他们的收藏中选择一些照片。
choose作动词，意为“选择；挑选”，过去式是chose，过去分词是chosen，常用短语choose... from / among，意为“从------中选择”；其名词形式为choice，它是可数名词。如：
We each had to make a choice.

3. Never forget to stay in touch with your family. 不要忘了与您的家人保持联系。
forget意为“遗忘；忘记”，是个不及物动词。 forget to do是忘记做某事；forget doing是忘记曾经做过某事。其次，stay in touch with sb. 意为“与某人保持联系”，相当于keep in touch with sb.。如：
I forget closing the door. 我忘记昨天把门关了。
I forgot to do my homework last night. 我昨天晚上忘记做作业了。
