【教材分析】本单元的话题是宠物,在本版块中Nancy, Mike, Liu Tao和Su Hai分别描述了四种小动物的外貌特征和行为能力,以谜面的形式呈现。
【教学目标】
1、能掌握四会单词: no, leg, arm, foot ;
2、能掌握三会单词和词组: one…,the other…,body, or, wing, rabbit;
3、能够认识人和动物各部分器官的名称并用英语流利地表达。
4、让学生认识到,动物是人的好朋友。
【学情分析】学生之前在三下Unit7和四上Unit1学过动物词汇,四上Unit8学过五官及体貌特征类单词,可结合已有词汇学习新知。
【教学重点】
1.正确认读story time的新授词。
2.学生能正确理解、朗读Story time故事。
【教学难点】
学生能够用It has…描述自己喜欢的玩具动物。
小组合作探究法,实物教学法。
【教学过程】
Step 1 Warm up
1. Free talk
2.play a game(magic eyes)
T: please speak out the body parts loudly and quickly!
(引导学生复习五官类单词。)
Step2 1. 实物展示Mr Robot。(将Mr Robot的脸贴在黑板上)
请学生找出Mr Robot 丢失的身体部位。
教师拿出各种身体部位的图片。引导学生找出arm, leg, body, foot.
T: boys and girls! Please look at me. Is this Mr Robot’s body part

拿出机器人身体的图片。
T:This one is Mr Robot’s body part S:…(教读body)
T: I have a body.
T: Do you have a body S: Yes. I have a body.(学生开火车说)
依次找到机器人的身体部位。教读a leg,an arm, a foot, feet。并将它们贴在黑板对应的位置。
Mr R obot: You are so clever. Thank you very much. So I want to invite you to animal fair.
(帮助机器人找身体部位后,机器人为了表示感谢,邀请大家去动物展)
