gift表示“礼物”,是指个人、团体或组织赠送的比较郑重的礼物,比present更为庄重、文雅,带有一定的感彩,着重于送礼人的诚意。
例:This watch is a gift from my grandma.
这块手表是我奶奶送给我的礼物。

Language points
比较级通常在形容词或副词的词尾加 “er” 。
the +形容词/副词的比较级 (两者中)更/较……的
例:There are two bedrooms in my house, the bigger one is mine.

Language points
1. There are many mooncakes in the shopping centre.
购物中心有许多月饼。
本句是there be 句型。
句型结构:There be(is/are)+ 名词+地点.
某处有(存在)某人或某物”。
there be句型遵循“就近原则”,be动词与它最近的名词的单复数保持一致。
例:盘子里有一个月饼。
There is a mooncake on the plate.
袋子里有许多种子。
There are many seeds in the bag.
在桌子上有两个盒子和一个月饼。
There are two boxes and a mooncake on
the table.
have a look 看一看 此时的look是名词。
“have a +名词(与动词同形)”表示一次性的动作。
例:让我试一试。
Let me have a try.
2. Let’s go and have a look. 我们去看看吧。
(1)表示拥有,通常人作主语。
我有一台电脑。
(2)表示“吃、喝”。
I want to have some bread and milk.
我想吃一些面包、喝一些牛奶。
(3)表示“患”某种疾病。
我患了感冒。
拓展:have的其他用法

which 哪一个,哪一些
常与名词一起放在句首进行提问。
常用结构:
Which +名词单数 + be动词/助动词 + 主语 + 其他?
例: Which book do you like 你喜欢哪本书?
I like the storybook. 我喜欢故事书。
本句中one是代词。复数形式:ones
本句中的ones代指前面提到的“mooncakes”。
例:The computer is a wonderful machine, I want to buy one.
电脑是一台极好的机器,我想买一台。
4. I like the ones with lotus seeds. 我喜欢莲子的。
5. How much is a box of mooncakes 一盒月饼多少钱?
It’s 50 yuan. 50元。
how much意为“多少”,用来询问商品的价格。
句型结构:How much + be动词 + 名词/代词 ?某物多少钱?
例: How much is the book
这本书多少钱?
拓展: how much还可以用来询问不可数名词的数量。
句型结构:How much + 不可数名词 + 其他 ?……多少……
例: How much milk is there in the bottle
瓶子里有多少牛奶?

would like 想要、愿意
would like 和want的意思接近,但比want语气委婉、客气。其后可接名词、代词或动词不定式。
would like to do sth. 想要做某事
6. I’d like a box of lotus seed mooncakes and a box of red
bean moocakes, please. 请给我拿一盒莲蓉月饼和一盒红
豆月饼。
例:What would you like to drink 你想要喝点什么?
I’d like some orange juice. 我想要一些橙汁。
7. I enjoy eating mooncakes. 我喜爱吃月饼。
enjoy是及物动词,意为“喜欢,欣赏”,后面接名词、代词或动名词作宾语,但不能接动词不定式。
例: They enjoy playing chess. 他们喜欢下象棋。
taste 味道,味觉,品尝
taste 是感观系动词,后面接形容词构成系表结构。
例:The mooncake tastes sweet.
这个月饼尝起来甜。
8. This mooncake tastes good. 这月饼尝起来味道好极了。
拓展:feel 摸起来 smell 闻起来 taste 尝起来
sound 听起来 look 看起来
这五个动词均可作连系动词,后面接形容词作表语,说明主语所处的状态。除look之外,其它几个动词的主语通常是物,而不是人。
