/j/发音时，双唇向两旁伸展成扁平形，舌前部尽量抬起，舌位较高，声带振动。
/u:/发音时双唇向前突出，嘴形小且圆，牙床近于半合。舌头后缩至口腔中部，舌后部向软腭抬起，舌尖离开下齿。发此音时，注意长度，不要发的太短。
