二、教学分析 1.内容分析
本节课是九年级下册Unit5 Topic2第二个课时,通过Susanna和kangKang 关于郑和的对话,借助思维导图、音标、图片,英英释义等呈现本课时所需的重点词汇:lead, captain, sail, sailor,compass coast,trade,unfortunately;

1. Why do you think... 2. What a shame! 3.He is really the pride of China.利用名人谜语抢答,让学生认识含关系代词who定语从句的结构功能和价值,以及whom这一新的关系代词,在语境中的使用,提升学生对这一语言知识的运用能力。同时,通过听音填写表格,理解1a,培养学生运用已有知识预测和听取细节信息的能力。对1a进行趣配音比赛活动,让学生感悟根据说话人的语音语调推断其态度。小组合作中,借助工具书,尝试使用复杂语言结构,如定语从句,完成人物介绍。如漳州历史上政治文化名人:林语堂,陈元光,黄道周...,增强学生的文化意识,培养他们热爱祖国和历史文化的态度并乐于向他人介绍。 本课时以“立德树人”为指导思想,以“听说领先,读写跟上”为设计原则,共有六个教学环节,十三个课堂活动。
2. 学情分析
九年级的学生经过两年多的学习,掌握了一定程度的词汇量以及听说能力,具备了表达能力及合作探究意识。基于学生在初一年历史课上学习过关于郑和的内容,在听力填表格环节,听前让学生运用已掌握的知识内容进行回顾,突出听力过程中需要重点获取的信息。此前,学生也掌握了定语从句中关系代词作主语和宾语的用法,本节课重点突破关系代词who和whom区别,对学生而言掌握难度不大。
三、教学目标 1.知识技能 (1)语言知识
能够牢固掌握好本堂课的词汇、短语、句型以及了解定语从句关系代词who和whom的区别。 (2)语言技能
①够通过询问,获得人物相关信息;
②能够根据他人的提问,介绍人物的相关信息;
③能够根据信息要点,编写人物介绍。
2.学习策略
(1)在语境中结合思维导图,学习本单元以“sail”为核心的新词,并应用在情境中;
(2)通过观察,发现和归纳语法规律以及语言框架;
(3)能够利用多种渠道,查找相关信息;
(3)通过合作学习,培养合作探究意识。
3.情感态度
(1)培养学生对中国历史名人郑和以及漳州历史名人的崇拜之情;
(2)了解并热爱本土人文;
(3)引导学生学习历史名人身上的精神。 四、教学重难点
