2013年的中考作文可能仍然是给材料作文，如果要写好今年的中考作文并获得高分，一定要掌握以下秘诀。
1 认真审题，看好让你写什么－what—确定文章的内容和体裁。
2 看好要写的人物是谁—who—确定写文章使用的人称。
3 看好事件发生的时间—when—确定写文章时使用的时态。
4 要看事情发生的空间―where―确定好地点。
5 要看事情为什么发生―why―确定好事由。
6 要看事情发生到何种程度―result－确定好结局。
另外，从去年开始哈尔滨考试就以议论文为主，我想全国各地会效仿，下面我再单独谈一下议论文写作时要注意的事项。
我见议在写议论文时除注意以上几点外，在结构上最好分成三段。开头第一段提出论点，也就是你的观点；当然这个观点要是正确的，第一段用三句话比较合适。你可以用谚语开头，用谚语开头会让老师看出文章切入点和很强。然后，在第二段具体谈一下你的理由：第一，第二，第三写清晰。论据可以用数字来表示，比如说上网，你可以写中学生有百分之多少上网，让你的论据能更充分一点，后一段必须要扣题，议论文的关键就是在结尾时很好的扣题。
