比较级的特殊表达法
1、修饰比较结构还可用名词短语或分数：
The student is a head taller than Spring, but Spring is nearly 10kg heavier than he.
The earth is one elevenths(1/11) as big as Jupiter(木星).
2、用比较级表示最高级意义的几个结构：
(1)比较级+than any other +单数名词
=“比较级+than + any of the other+复数名词 如：
Shanghai is larger than any other city in China.
Shanghai is larger than any of the other cities in China.
(T/F) London is larger than any other city in Asia.
Shen’s hair is longer than any other woman teacher.
2、用比较级表示最高级意义的几个结构：
(1)比较级+than any other +单数名词
=“比较级+than + any of the other+复数名词 如：
我比我们班任何同学都努力。
I study harder than any other student in our class.
I study harder than any of the other students in our class.
(2) not/never + 比较级

3、否定形式的比较级的特殊意义
（1）no + 比较级 + than 意思是“A和B一样不……”。

（2）not +比较级+than 表示“A不比B更……”。如：
Tom is not more careful than Mike.
